The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with beach view, Internet/WIFI, and laundry facilities.

Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut.
