Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation in the Martiánez area. Great ocean view and main avenue. Very close to shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, promenade, beaches and Lake Martiánez. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa, with the possibility of folding down and sleeping a child or an adult (consult). It has a community swimming pool and limited community parking. There is a possibility to ask for an extra cot.

Our lovely, small apartment with terrace (communal) and incredeble views is perfect for 2 quiet, healthy adventurous people. The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".
