Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa de Oliva

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This place has such incredible views. Its a fairly quiet area and private area, with a couple of beautiful callas nearby. It’s everything David listed and more!

You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous accommodation, very quiet and family area, and 3 minutes from the beach on foot. The pool in the great development too. The host was very attentive and always made sure we were well, and gave us many recommendations for places in the area. We will definitely repeat when we come back in the area.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

The stay in the house was very good. It perfectly matched the photos. The communication with the host was very agile and the location was excellent, a few meters from the entrance to the beach.

Comfortable house and all together together together together together together together. The only thing we miss is having few basic things, like salt, some extra wc roll (there was only one) but good there is a super close walking and several 5 minutes by car. The beach is nearby and the house is fantastic

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

Victor was a great host who already contacted us before our trip and provided us with the most important information about arrival, keys, accommodation and information about the area. He was always quick to reach and responded directly to all inquiries. His apartment was as described and shown in the photos. Small sufficient kitchen with direct hatch to the living/dining room, beautiful balcony and good roof terrace and good bedrooms. The complex around it is good, with lots of greenery, pool and direct access to the sea We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

We arrived during an emergency (there was no electricity but no phone service in all of Spain). We found this place in a magical way and also in a magical way we were handed the keys. Helped Rodwy's directions on which roads to take. Location in a great location. We are very happy because the vacation was great.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Five stars! Saleem was a fantastic & kind host, and the beachfront residence was very private. The views of the Mediterranean were absolutely breathtaking, and we especially loved relaxing under the beautiful glass pergola. Finding sea glass along the shore was a fun bonus. Highly recommend!

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!

This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.
