Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa del Alicate

Words are simply not enough to describe what an amazing holiday we had at Javier’s place! As a host he is fantastic, very responsive, friendly and helpful! The house was very clean, spacious (we were 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 4.5), and had a well equipped kitchen. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in, the flat had everything you might need including beach towels and toys. It is in an impeccably kept and peaceful gated community, surrounded by amazing plants and palm trees, and has direct access to a deep pool (but is also very close to a more kid-friendly pool). In 2 minutes you can also walk to the beach and restaurants, without having to cross a road. Our car was parked safely in a very spacious underground garage. Marbella is about a 15-20min drive, and there are several supermarkets close to the gated community. Hands down the best airbnb experience we have had; we will most certainly visit again! We have just returned from a week with our family in Miriam's apartment. It was without doubt the best AirBnB that we have stayed at! Perfect living arrangements for 6 adults and 2 young children. Plenty of linen, towels, beach equipment, kitchen essentials and spotlessly clean. The apartment is nestled between the mountains and a beautiful sandy beach, with 2 great swimming pools and the spacious veranda giving fabulous views of all. Communication with Miriam was exceptional along with her very warm welcome and attention throughout the week, a lovely lady.

Cher and Jose are wonderful hosts and their property is lovely. Spent a week there, loved it and will certainly be going back in the future. Didn’t see a cloud in the sky and the pool was just perfect to dip in and out of to stay cool. Walked to the Marina every night for food and now starting our diets ready for our next trip! 🤣 Thanks again Cher - lovely seeing you again and see you again soon. 😎

We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

The appartement was well equipped and it even had Tempur pillows. Great location and beautiful view from the terrasse. Sebastian was very friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The place was spacious and clean. We loved the location as well, next to the pool and two minute walk to the beach! I highly recommend to anyone and we hope to be back very soon!

It was lovely if there was sun beds around the pool we would have stayed by the pool a lot more and if you don’t have a car the food shops are about a mile away everything else was fab loved it 👍🏼

I stayed at Sara’s apartment for a week and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right on the beach and the swimming pools were a great size and well-maintained. My kids and I had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Sara was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful little apartment: beautiful terrace, lovely furnishings and fantastic location. The beds are super comfortable (even the bunk- beds!) and the heater on the terrace is much appreciated for breakfast. Lots of lush vegetation and flowers all around and the pools nicely heated. The parking is an added bonus and super easy. The bike rental located right beside is convenient (30 euros per bike for 24hrs). Beach is great too! All in all, a memorable stay and great communication throughout.

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a beachfront water view. Loved spending time on the balcony for sunrise and sunset. Beautiful walk along beach with easy access from apartment. Walked to many restaurants in the area all were delicious and wonderful staff. Malaga airport 36 min away was a great location to fly in and out of. Inma was wonderful to deal with and answered all questions quickly. Blanca was also so kind and provided all the necessary amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect for exploring around, we did rent a car and there is parking on site in a secure gated area. Lots to do and see. Golf courses are also close by. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again, we loved it and I can not extend my kindest gratitude to Inma and Blanca Gracias, Thank you Suzanne

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

We had an amazing stay at Koke’s Costabella apartment and can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or explore Marbella, this is the perfect home base. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Genuinely one of the nicest AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in, incredible views over the ocean from your bed, beautiful little pool to cool off in, roof terrace to chill out on. Walkable within 5 mins to restaurants and the beach, and an easy walk into Malaga central. Carmen and her daughters were fantastic hosts, and we both really hope to come back soon.

We had the most wonderful experience in Marbella. Virginia’s place was spacious and lovely and very comfortable for two couples. The location was perfect!! We were a 2 minute walk from the lively area but away enough that we had quiet in our condo. We loved the old town, tons of restaurants and cafes, close to shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Virginia was very responsive, gave us lots of great suggestions and recommendations and friendly! We will definitely be back in Marbella and would rent from Virginia again!

Amazing views! We loved sitting on the balcony watching both the sunrise and the sunset! Clean, spacious and in a lively location with bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Excellent communication with our host, Henry and with Janina to check in. Lots of helpful hints on where to eat. Right on the water at the marina, so always lots of things to watch. Wonderful spot!

I stayed for 5 days but I would have stayed more! The place is WOOOWW! And the view was even more WOOOW! The apartment was fully equipments with LITERALLY everything you need from towels to dishwasher pods, literally whatever you thought you could use it was there! first aid kit, cleaning supplies, tissues etc. I can’t express how amazing the stay was and how Pilar was very responsive and helpful. Very very much highly recommended!!! My only thing is that the tv should face the coach not the desk.

We had such an excellent stay. Three of us had booked this apartment to attend a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings whilst maintaining an authentic feel. It was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, the shops, restaurants and Church are on the doorstep. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival which helped a great deal in terms of finding and accessing the building. We were greeted personally, handed the key and shown the apartment. Communication was great too, before, during and post stay. The rooftop terrace was an ideal spot to relax, super comfortable and well appointed. Can't recommend this place enough so thank you to James, Natascha and Amelia for a brilliant experience! We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful experience at Laura’s beach house. The decor was as shown on the photographs posted. Beautiful. Simple. Boho. Modern. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. The location was spectacular, where you open the back door and walk directly onto the beach. A masseuse was conveniently located right outside on the sand in a quaintly covered/private set up. (She was amazing and massages are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!) Delicious restaurants are walkable. Old town and shopping (La Canada/grocery stores) are all close by, as well. The host, Laura was helpful, kind and responsive wherever we had questions about activities in the area. All in all, I think it sums it up to note that my 9 year old didn’t want to leave, and neither did I. We hope to come back again. Our trip was perfect.
