Casa Tropical Sayulita walk to the beach & surf

Ideally located just a short walk from Sayulita's beach and vibrant downtown, Casa Tropical is an elegant 250 m² boutique villa accommodating up to 6 guests. The villa features 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a spacious open-concept living area, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a private heated pool (mid-October through mid-March, 82°F) surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Two inviting terraces provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the unique charm of Sayulita.

Casa mango sits on top of the hill (a golfcart comes with the house) in a nice neighborhood. It is perfect for 3 couples, business travelers, families, and pets. Each master suite is separated from others for privacy, 1 downstairs and the other 2 upstairs. Single residence with its own private yard and salt water heated pool. Jungle views. From the house it's a 5 mn walk to the plaza and another 2 to 3 to the main beach. With our own golfcart, only 2 minutes. Wifi is Telmex fiber optics wifi.

The house has a garden with a pool. The suite for up to 4 people has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. We have 100Mb fiber optic internet. Closed fractionation with controlled access. Beach club. Between Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. We're unable to accommodate pets. We live on the top floor of the house and we have 2 cats.There are 2 tvs , in the room with Fire-stick, and in the room with Roku system. The house is for sale so they are likely to show it during their stay.
