The best option in the area, excellent location with direct access to the beach, an excellent restaurant across the street and shops half a block from the place. It has its own parking and all the staff are very friendly. BEWARE, bring cash for all your payments during the trip because there is no good cell phone signal, so they do not accept payments with terminals.

Definitely an excellent place to relax, a good location, a good view and above all, you feel at home, I would come back again !!! P.S. Eugenia is very friendly and we found all her recommendations accurate, an excellent host.

This is a cosy place in a secure neighborhood. I regret not having stayed in Teacapán longer. So I will definitely come back to stay at Jose’s place!

Great place to be at peace

María Eugenia is wonderful! She was always very courteous, responsive, friendly and helpful. Miraculously the dogs were quiet the whole night! The property is so beautiful and calm. We really loved our stay! Definitely recommend & would stay again!

Maria Eugenia was super nice, she came right away to unlock the gate to get in. The bungalow was neat and clean and had good screens on the windows so I was able to enjoy the breeze all night. Very peaceful sleep and good stargazing too. I felt very safe and secure there.
