Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa Norte

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Great place to stay, we absolutely loved it! So comfortable and clean at the same time. We were only there for a short period but wish we were there longer. It had all the amenities, 24 hour check in at the lobby and next to a supermarket. Great location in Lima too! Javier is an exceptional host, so helpful!

Wonderful cozy apartment with a comfortable queen size bed, located in a great walkable area with many restaurants and a large mall within 2-3 blocks. I would Highly recommend this apartment. It is absolutely perfect for 2! Pedro was a great communicator ensuring all of our needs and expectations were met. Don’t pass this one up if you’re planning a stay in Miraflores!

Amazing location, if you something when it comes to sea view go for this option. Only thing I would change is the early check out (11am), 12 or 1 pm would be better.

I was doing a solo trip in Lima. The apartment came as advertised and it borders Miraflores which was convenient. There are grocery stores and other things nearby.

We absolutely loved Miguel’s place/ walkable to many places- extant what new needed post Inca Trail. Highly recommend

El alojamiento de Mariela es muy lindo y acogedor con una vista increíble frente al mar que permitió un relax total. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Siempre fue muy amable al atender todas a las consultas que le hicimos. La pasamos muy bonito. Recomendado al 100%.

Bonito lugar en el que escaparse unos días con tu pareja, a 5 minutos de la playa caminando , terraza con vista al mar y bonita decoración , recomendado si te gusta el estilo rústico.

La casita estaba muy bonita, lugar tranquilo donde se puede descansar y relajarte con el sonido de las olas del mar, la pasamos muy bien en familia y Mariana muy atenta en todo momento con las indicaciones claras y recomendaciones del lugar, sin duda volvería.

Excelente comunicación con nuestro anfitriona, hermoso lugar es una casa muy linda, mucha tranquilidad y hermosas vistas. Volveremos sin dudas!

Es una zona muy segura, Reyna y el sr Walter fueron muy amables, estuvieron siempre pendiente de todo. Todas las zonas de la casa están muy ordenadas con un olor agradable. Me sentí como en casa, fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños e incluso me dejaron un lindo detalle.

Todo ordenado, hay tranquilidad y flexibilidad en el lugar, ambientes limpios

This home is absolutely stunning. The host was beyond accomofmdating and helpful. We never planned to leave to house and had no reason to. Truly enjoyed the pool, the views, and the amenities.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Mi experiencia fue excelente. El lugar no solo cumplió, sino que superó mis expectativas: muy tranquilo, con todas las comodidades necesarias y una vista increíble frente al mar. Ideal para descansar, relajarse y desconectar del ritmo diario. Además, el anfitrión fue súper amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la estadía aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver.

We loved Elena's place. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling and when my daughter joined, we found lots of beautiful walking and restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Miraflores was a lovely area of Lima.

Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!

La estadía fue excelente, todo muy cómodo, limpio y el departamento bien equipado. Carolina y Alejandro fueron muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Nosotros disfrutamos mucho nuestros días ahí, nos sentimos como en casa y estábamos muy cerca a un restaurante muy bueno desde donde teníamos una vista increíble! Lo recomiendo sinceramente.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
