Beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach. The stay is nice and cozy. And quiet street, plus point is that there was always parking space in front of the door. The host responds quickly to questions, and is friendly. highly recommended.

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.

This is a really great apartment in a quiet area close to the beach. It’s very comfortable, the kitchen is great and the parking very convenient. Divers will love the fantastic ‘heritage’ diving gear and photos from Rafael’s extraordinary life under water.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

The house and the host are a 10. The house is in a perfect location to get to know Cabo de Palos and go everywhere on foot, both to the beach and to the restaurants. The house is great and has everything you need and several terraces. Communication is perfect and makes everything easy for you. We were at home. We'll definitely repeat. Thank you Chema

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

The stay has been magnificent. the views of the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or armchair and seeing the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay to repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and friendly with any questions or requests. Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was perfect, the owner is attentive to everything and very kind, the apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos but in person it is better, the terrace is spectacular, everything is pristine and very well equipped. and the area... very quiet and close to everything, with very nice places to see and enjoy. if I can I will return.... The experience has been brutal!! Paco's apartment is perfect, it has a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the pool is super quiet (at least the dates I was staying). As I arrived at lunchtime, Paco took care of making the best recommendations for restaurants in the area. As a host, it's the best I've found in this app, not only did he recommend beaches, coves and restaurants, but also plans to do in the area that I enjoyed a lot. 100% recommended, if I return to the area I know where to stay!!! We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. Oleg's kindness made all the difference: he was always attentive and attentive to any request or inquiry, responding quickly and willingly. Unbeatable location, easy access to everything we needed, and the view from the home is simply spectacular. We stayed a few days because we had a conference at the hotel opposite and there were no rooms left, so it was a luxury. Both Cristina and José Ángel have been wonderful and the apartment is exactly what it says it is. The place is small, so three fit just right, but for a beach apartment you will not find it more comfortable and modern than this. They include everything you need to cook and even to season the food, so you can. As a minor issue, the shower water leaks through the joints and wets the floor, but it's not much. Everything is very good. We are very happy and would repeat if we needed an accommodation nearby.

A perfect stay. From our arrival to our departure, everything went very well. The accommodation is really very clean and matches the photos perfectly. The large courtyard, warm and sheltered from any view is really a plus. The bedding is also a positive point, unlike what is regularly found in mobile homes, Silvana provides "real" bed bases and mattresses in the rooms that allow you to have a good night's sleep. The welcome is very good, Silvana explained everything to us well, in addition she is very attentive, checking in on us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed, then preparing cold drinks and snacks for us.

Beautiful appartment very well equiped in a great location close to beach and local restaurants. Heated pool was a big plus. A big thank you to Margot who was accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything you needed thought of. Comfy bed and pillows and everything organised perfectly! Stunning terrace with gorgeous views out over the beach and sea. Near the bus stop for Cartagena and Cabo de palo and also near to a local supermarket, although watch out for opening times out of season. We found some great Spanish restaurants nearby and at the beautiful beach over the road there are some lovely beach bars. Behind the beach bars we found a fantastic, authentic, family run little Brazilian restaurant/shop where my Brazilian partner was made to feel right at home! We stayed 2 nights but I felt as though I could live here! Thank you Maite!

Perfect hosting from Isco and beautiful appartement with perfect interior and design and vieuw over the sea en landscape, just like in the picture in the advertisement. We can highly recommend this and will certainly come back.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.
