Holiday rentals with a pool in Playa Parguito

La casa es preciosa la atención increíble . Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que playa el agua es lejos de la ciudad de los C.C. entonces si llevan idea de salir a conocer hay q tomarlo en cuenta, tener carro. Pero para pasar días de playa y relajación es perfecto .

Definitivamente volveríamos a llegar allí Muy buen sitio para disfrutar un viaje en la Isla

We had a fabulous stay , relaxing poolside, good space for family meals, lovely neighbours. Great local shops and peaceful location. Villa kitchen area is oitdoors and is fully equipped for cooking baking entertaining. Zsolt was amazingly helpful nothing to much trouble for him. overall a well needed vacation in a beautiful Villa. Thank you Doris.

La Señora que nos recibio fue muy atenta, excelente persona

Casita muy linda y decorada con muy buen gusto, con todo lo que pudieses necesitar, comunicación con el Host impecable, siempre pendiente de la satisfacción del huésped! Tiene un patio por el que se puede tener acceso a la casa aparte del acceso principal con una ducha perfecta para llegar de la playa y ducharse antes de entrar a la casa. Nos dejaron frutas y bebidas de bienvenida, había disponibles artículos de tocador e higiene... Nuevamente, todo muy bien pensado para que no hiciera falta nada. Recomendadísima, volveremos!!

Excelente sitio para estar con la familia. La atención de la anfitriona es excelente y muy amigable. Volvería a quedarme en el sitio cuando visite Margarita con la familia.

Javier is a super host. He was very hospitable and very reactive in responding to our requests. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The house was very clean and had all of the necessities for a one week stay, including ping pong and pool tables. The house is very quiet when you are in it and the grill and the pool are superb. The house is 5 minutes walking distance to Playa el Agua beach and some restaurants in this beach. Having a car is welcomed as the house includes parking. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Margarita. If we return to Margarita we will definitely stay at this house!

Muy bello el apartamento! Increible vista y su ubicación muy cercana a playa, muy cómodo todo y acogedor, El Sr Emir y la Sra Ceila muy atentos , en cualquier momento respondían a cualquier inquietud nuestra y hasta nos dejaron una lista con los lugares más icónicos de margarita!. Muy buen internet, en todo momento hubo agua y tienen un tanque buenisimo que nunca hizo falta el agua. Excelente airbnb!

Hermoso apartamento, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Estaba muy limpio. Volvería a ir sin dudas. 100% recomendado

Hermosa vista para ver el amanecer desde la habitación principal, recomendaría mejorar la cama principal. estaba equipado hasta con su bolso playero y cava. El tanque de agua y su sistema fueron cómodo no nos preocupamos por ese tema. La piscina caliente de noche. La TV buena resolución y el sofá es grande cómodo y familiar sobre todo si llevas niños. Hay que salir del sitio con taxi pero estás muy cerca de pampatar y la tarifa no es alta Nos gustó

It is challenging to express how ideal this accommodation is, but I will try. The hosts are tremendously professional. The host patiently tolerated a delay I had with immigration. She was immensely helpful beyond the scope of her role as a host, offering business advice and insider industry information. The listing was accurate (something that is rare in Margarita). The flat was fully furnished with proper cutlery, pots, wine glasses, everything. The location is ideal: safe, vibrant, next to pharmacies, restaurants, mall, bars, etc. The hosts were honest and genuinely good people, whom I will keep as personal contacts. The flat is modern and comfortable. The building is new and well maintained: led-lit swimming pool overlooking the city, fancy lounge great for informal business meetings, BBQ and party facilities for invited guests, professional staff 24/7. The host also offers cars for rent. This listing (and it's host) is the rare diamond that every guest hopes to discover. Stellar!
