After purchasing this standard Costa Rican house we only did some cosmetic repairs. replaced appliances and furniture. Most of the local people lives in houses like this Located on the 1-hectare property, so you will enjoy your quiet stay. Staying here, you will wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of nature - ocean, birds singing, insects, and monkeys. If you're careful and lucky, you can see macao, toucans, hummingbirds, monkeys, pizotes, opossums, and even sloths 4х4 in the rainy season
