Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa Porto Marie

Our stay in Laura's place was amazing. Wondeful home, great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and of course our private entrance to the sea. Laura gave us great tips on where to eat and which local nature spots we needed to visit. Overall a great experience!

Excellent place, very comfortable, the deck and private beach were very useful to have some mates in the morning and organize the day. The kitchen was very complete and everything worked. I would definitely come back a thousand times. The things I asked, they answered me immediately. 100% recommended

Miramar was like a little slice of heaven!!!! The views were awesome, with several verandas to soak it all in. It was nice having our own little beach and restaurants next door, plus lots to do a mere car ride away. Also, many reviews reported the lack of a grocery store in the area. We found the New California Market more than met our needs and was a 24 minute drive. Go ahead, hit the reserve button, for you will miss an awesome vacation retreat if you wait!!

The place was great! Everything was clean and matched the pictures! The only thing was, its close to a busy road and there were a lot of loud cars on the weekend but otherwise it was very close to Jan Thiel beach and not far from everything else! Being on the bay, the breeze felt amazing with the doors open and the air conditioning was nice to help sleep. The recommendations were helpful when choosing a place to eat. Thank you!

The host went above and beyond by letting us check in early after another host canceled, which really helped us out. Communication was smooth and friendly the entire time. Location close to Jan Thiel beach, shops and restaurants but you need a car to get around. Very private setting, quiet neighborhood. Suzy was very approachable and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.

We had a great experience in the Hosting, the hotel is close to the healing center. The hostess welcomed us very well and we helped with several tips about the region. The kitchen of our room served us very well to make our breakfast.

We spent four nights here with our two children, ages 7 and 12, and had a wonderful stay. They especially loved the swimming pool and snorkeling at Blue Bay Beach. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and even larger than it appears in the photos. The decor is tasteful, and the view is beautiful. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and there was a supermarket conveniently nearby. Gina, the host, was warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the late check-out and all her great recommendations for dining and activities. The only downside was that the internet was slow and coverage a bit spotty. Overall, it’s a very family-friendly area, and we would definitely recommend it for families.

Simply perfect! Lagun hosting exceeded all expectations — equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The atmosphere is clean, cozy and very well cared for. And the high point: the sea view of Curaçao is absolutely amazing, breathtaking! Wake up with that visual every day was a unforgettable experience. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

We rented the villa from Stephany for 2 weeks (April 2025) and everything was well arranged. Communication with Stephany and Angela(host) was very good from start to finish. Villa is full of comforts and has everything you need for a great stay. The private pool is the icing on the cake, cool off both in the morning and in the evening. We were in awe from the moment we arrived. Not only was the condo spacious and clean but there were "little touches" that included an extremely helpful welcome guide with FAQs and suggestions . Amazing place, in a great neighbourhood. Each condo had a large deck to hang out on in addition to common are with a beautiful pool deck and BBQ area. The pool was a huge bonus after the walk back from the beach (albeit a short one). About an 8 minute walk to Jan Thiel Beach as well as a boutique-style grocery (beer/wine/fresh fruits and veggies) and # of restaurants. We had a few questions throughout the week (small things...ie some challenges with not being familiar with an induction stove top :) ) and both Melissa and Colin were super responsive. It was very family friendly, yet afforded privacy all at the same time. We had the opportunity to interact with the other guests and were fortunate enough to make some new friends. We will definitely be back !!! Masha Danki !!

We had an incredible time in Curacao! The condo was amazing; beautifully decorated with a large balcony that was perfect to sit out on for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The location with ideal, stunning views of the floating bridge and downtown Willemstad and walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this listing and will absolutely book again if we are lucky enough to return to the island.

We loved our stay at Monique’s! The location was ideal for our needs. We were close to downtown but far enough away to have some privacy. We enjoyed the option of having a beach in our backyard that also had drinks, food, and chairs. We felt safe in our location and liked the gated community. Monique’s place has all the essentials and plenty of room! We loved the balcony for early coffee and nightly conversations. We would stay again!

This is a beautiful property in a developing neighborhood that is a short walk to Mambo Beach. We traveled as a family of four from Chicago and it was nice to have the amenities and space of the home while still being able to enjoy the beach and local restaurants, nearby. We loved the pool and backyard living space! Roy is a fantastic host - highly responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Villa Hammaka exceeded our expectations. We chose this location for our Honeymoon. We were warmly greeted at the airport and taken to the home. On the way she shared many recommendations which we appreciated. We rented her car and boat, both in great condition. The home was very private and peaceful. You did need a car to get around. We loved the grilling area and enjoyed this several nights. The AC in the room was very cold in the evening, and the hot water was almost instant! Sink water is also safe to drink on this island! The bay area was also swimmable and very nice after a long day. We highly recommend this location, host, and home.

We loved our stay at Austin’s rental. It was so relaxing and peaceful. It felt like the whole apartment opened right up to the ocean. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. It was within walking distance to a couple nice restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved this place and would 100% stay here again. My trip to Curacao centered around getting my scuba certification at Go West, which was about a 15 minute drive from the airbnb so it worked out perfectly. The area is relatively remote, 45 minutes from the heart of Willemstad, but it is absolutely beautiful if you want that experience. We found the airbnb to be wonderful. 3 good sized rooms all with their own bath. The master bedroom even has a private balcony that looks out onto the ocean, which was a dream to wake up to every morning. We spent 95% of our time on the back patio, which overlooks the ocean. It is magical. The house is built into the cliffside and the first floor is approx 40-50 feet above the ocean, but there is incredible ocean access via the ladder or, if you're like me, just diving off the platform. The ocean is very deep immediately (no shallows), so maybe not ideal for kids, but that was fine for our group.

This place was amazing. Great location with a feeling of privacy, even though you can walk up the street to restaurants. Felt very safe with a security guarded front gate who also ensured the beach was for residents only. The pool was always clean and had iguanas by it every day! The place is clean and open. There is always a breeze so make sure you leave the bathroom windows open or it will get hot in there. The kitchen is fully equipped and I left some more spices for the next guests. Im American and some things to note - buy some European adaptor plugs off amazon before you go, bring sunscreen because its crazy expensive on the island, and if you're looking for a large grocery store try Centrum; the Van Der something one down the street is small, expensive, and doesn't have prices on everything. Coffee Bike at the end of the street is amazing, so is Villa Vis. Def make the walk or drive to Tug Boat beach right down the street also.

Emy and Roy were extremely nice, and even offered to show us around. Would stay again 10/10
