Welcome to "Che Roga", come and enjoy a recently renovated home, close to the beach and just 5 minutes away from Rincon (surf capital of PR). The home has a full kitchen, dining area, living room and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all airconditioned, and two outdoor beach showers. The home is powered by solar energy. There is a 780-gallon water storage tank, a drinking water filtration system and water softener system. Hurricane shutters and door cover. We are also very "Pet friendly"

Entire upstairs level (1722sqft.) of a renovated house with private entrance. 4 Bedrooms (2 are en-suites) with 3 bathrooms total, large open living, dining, kitchen area. Peakaboo ocean views. One block from Tres Hermanos Beach entrance where you can walk for miles in each direction on beautiful sandy beach. Short drive, less than 5 minutes to Rincon. We have air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in the living area. There are ceiling fans and ocean breezes throughout.
