Unit 3 at Casa Arroyo is a cozy suite with a super comfortable queen size bed and desk overlooking the pool as well as partial ocean views. Building amenities include a brand new rooftop terrace with kitchen, bathroom & incredible ocean views, pool and hot tub! Additional amenities include a mini-fridge, couch, new bathroom and a 40" TV. NOTE - The bathroom is not in the unit. It is just outside the unit next to the hot tub, but is solely dedicated to this unit and has a lock with a key.
