The kitchen-cum-living room with a small balcony is located in the front with a superb view of the beach and the sea from the sofa. In the back there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. A total of 4 people can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment. Due to the direct beach location, the apartment is ideal for families with children.

The Bus Station is les than 5 minutes walking, there you can take the bus to Valle Gran Rey, Hermigua or Garajonay National Park and El Cedro forest. Pato Lucas is at less than 200 mt from San Sebastian or La Cueva Beaches. You always rent the whole boat without sharing it, (just stay, not to sail)

The original structure of what a school was still preserved today, although much of the house has been renovated over time.
