Our department offers expanded lateral views of the sea, the street and the desert; as well as 2 tech cocheras, water filter and all the comforts of a luxury holiday home. In a few minutes there are restaurants, bars, boutiques, discos, gyms, markets, etc.; and, walking, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches Caballeros, El Silencio. Playa Norte, Playa Blanca and Playa Central. An incredible experience!

Duplex apartment beautifully decorated on the sea front. Views of the sea and the beach from the living room and the terrace which has a small pool. The modern apartment has 3 bedrooms all with en suit bathrooms. Frontline only 50m to the beach which is one of the most beautiful to the South of Lima. Playa Caballeros belongs to Punta Hermoso which is only 40 km south of Lima. In the town of Punta Hermosa there are very good restaurants, goceries and bakeries.
