Holiday rentals with a patio in Ploče iza grada

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit! Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert – modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vor allem die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und in direkter Nähe befinden sich ein Supermarkt, ein dm sowie eine Bushaltestelle – alles, was man braucht, ist also schnell zur Hand. Martina und Dorian waren äußerst freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Marko is a perfect host. the apartment was extremely clean and had everything needed for a smooth stay. The parking spot in the garage was very helpful as the most practical way to get to the Old town is through the bus which is a 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Supermarkets and pharmacy are right across the road. Marko also provided us with fruits, milk, juice, cookies, alcool and water upon arrival. There were extra towels and bathroom amneties. The apartment matches the description perfectly. Great place to stay in Dubrovnik and 4 minutes away by bus to the Old Town.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Biljana is a great host, highly recommended! We felt welcome even before we arrived. Check-in was very convenient, all instructions were clearly provided. A big bonus was that we could park our car safely in the garage. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, and plenty of clean towels. The grocery store was within walking distance, and the old town was not far away either. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it to others! l'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto il necessario. la vicinanza alla città vecchia è molto utile perché Dubrovnick è piena di scale e la vicinanza ti consente di riposarti e girarla tranquillamente senza perdere tempo negli spostamenti. l'unica pecca della casa è che è un po' umida. Nadia è una signora davvero cortese e pronta ad aiutarti. siamo stati poco in casa perché ci sono davvero tante cose da vedere.

Beautiful place with a great patio looking out to an amazing view. The place was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The only little thing is it is high up on a hill, which makes sense to get the wonderful view, but sometimes Ubers cancelled on us if it was too hot for us to walk down. Otherwise earlier in the day or in the evening the walk down was easy and had no issues getting an uber back up! Would definitely stay here again.

Апартаменты у Сандры были просто замечательные! Очень уютно, чисто и есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Расположение отличное — всего в нескольких минутах от Старого города (имейте в виду, есть ступеньки, как и везде в Дубровнике). Отдельный плюс — наличие парковки, что большая редкость в этом районе. Сандра — великолепная хозяйка, всегда была на связи и готова помочь. Спасибо за тёплый приём, с удовольствием вернёмся снова!😊

Vi hadde en helt fantastisk uke. Vennlig og høflig vert. Vi ble tatt godt i mot av Rade, som informerte oss om nabolaget og kom med tips og gode anbefalinger til både turer og restaurantbesøk. Studioleiligheten var ren og pen og hadde perfekt beliggenhet. Stille og fredelig område og likevel i gangavstand til det meste. Strand, ett lite bakeri samt dagligvarebutikk rett ved. Rade’s snille mor holdt uteområdet pent og ryddig, hun kostet terrassen hver morgen. Vi er 100% fornøyd med oppholdet vårt og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Un enorme merci a Maja et Devor pour leur accueil, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leurs bienveillance. L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Mihovil was a great host and was very helpful in answering all my questions beforehand. The accommodation was clean and tidy and Mihovil provided us with a great selection of drinks and food which was very handy and considerate especially as there was no shop in Bosanka. I’d say the location is great as it was quieter and cooler than Dubrovnik but bear in mind that the bus in the morning only ran at 7am or 11am. If you’re happy to use taxis/uber etc then I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant round the corner is excellent too! Thank you Mihovil we had a great time staying in your accommodation! The pool was loved by our daughter despite being cooler due to visiting in May.

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Nikolina’s place was perfect - the views from the balcony are stunning (especially during sunset). It’s close enough to the old town by transport but also feels nice and peaceful. Views aside, Nikolina was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would highly recommend this place if you’re in Dubrovnik 😄

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

Absolutely thrilled with Mare’s place and her hospitality - right in Old Town and super easy to navigate around. She had great local recommendations and was very responsive. We loved our stay, everything about the apartment was even better than described. Would highly recommend!

조용하고 깨끗한 숙소였어요!! 티나와 그의 어머니는 언제나 적극적인 응대를 해주어서 편하게 잘 지내다 왔어요!! 올드타운까지는 10분마다 오는 6번 버스로 약 15~20분 걸려요!! 와이파이 잘되고 스마트TV도 있어요!! 그리고 마지막날 자그마한 기념품도 주시고 너무 고마웠습니다!

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon endroit à l'écart de Dubrovnick. Bus au bas de la maison. Plage très bien à 3 minutes . Hôtes très sympathiques et reactifs à nos demandes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
