We had a wonderful stay here, the hosts were super helpful with a list of recommendations and they let us check in early, very responsive. A beautiful house, with air con, a mercy in the heat. Very clean and a wonderful terrace. I would love to stay again, highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! My family along with our two dogs, truly enjoyed every moment. The house is incredibly calm, offering a breathtaking view and a peaceful atmosphere. The projector was a fantastic touch ❤️, and we loved using the barbecue in the serene surroundings. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! The house was very nice and comfortable. Emil and his co-hosts were easy to communicate with and did everything they could to make us feel at home. We appreciated a lot their house. Great place for a family, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the location lots of shops around with good food and a bus stop right under the house. the location is not far from the center around 15min by foot. The flat was quite new and well designed, but there were a few things that need maintenance and not working properly. Also, there is a free carpark right next to the building. Close to a supermarket, a fast food restaurant, a gas station and a fancy cafe. You can easily walk to the town center in 15 mins.

Vartan was very helpful and very responsive with any questions, the apartment was just as described and was about a 10 minute walk from the ancient theatre which suited us perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

Very responsive host by phone without problems... maybe a visit would have been nice to us... But well we stayed there only two nights 3 days... For everything else superb functional accommodation clean well-equipped... On the first floor... At the top close to everything... Small shop a few steps away... Thank you again to recommend...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emil's condo. The location was prime for exploring the Kapana District. For those that need quiet at night, the adjacent clubs do stay open late on the weekends. The condo was cozy and provided enough space for 5 people. Several close-by options for parking were provided to us, which was very helpful. Emil was very responsive when we reached out.

A lot of thought, care, and expense has gone into fitting out this apartment. Everything is tastefully chosen, good quality. Everything you could concievably want is here. Pillows are great (this is one of the most important points in an Airbnb for me). The sofa is very comfortable. The aircon/heater works perfectly. All the kitchenware looks brand new and high quality. I honestly cannot find fault with anything here. It is perfect. Kreme clearly knows what she is doing!! Also parking is very convenient (dedicated space off the street), and walkable to the old town.

Good place. Well maintained. private and away from busy streets and still closed to some of the places of interest in Plovdiv. Hosts are responsive and helpful.
