My house is 250 years old, renovated, and radiates positive energy. The ground floor, which is still under construction, includes a fitness room, a common room, a hallway, and the building's technical systems. The first floor features a living room with a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, a kitchen with access to a balcony, and another room. The garden is perfect for relaxation. Here you can enjoy a leisurely coffee in the garden pavilion or on the terrace by the pool. Since daily maintenance of the pool and garden is necessary, I will be staying in an adjacent house right next door during your visit. This allows me to guarantee you a pleasant environment at all times.

Staying in our caravan is an adventure, healing refreshment and a holiday with an amazing sunset. The caravan is on a fenced property in the Brdy Protected Landscape Area. It is located in the undeveloped part of the village, near our house, there are pastures all around, so no sprayed fields. A herd of cows and sheep in the pastures and a beautiful view of the Šumava mountains in front of you. Drinking water available. Firewood is included. This caravan is our wooden heart, which we have reconstructed ourselves. It's just a different, amazing view of the world.

The caravan is insulated and designed for year-round stay, firewood is included. The caravan also includes a fully equipped bathroom with a sink, shower and flush toilet. Sleeping on two floors (180 and 130 cm), blankets and pillows, bed linen and towels are available. We use eco-friendly products for cleaning and washing.

Rikitan is an off-grid retreat for up to 5 guests: sleeping on the upper floor, an extra bed downstairs, a wood-burning stove, an outdoor fire, and two off-road scooters included. There's almost no signal here. And no Wi-Fi either. Electricity comes from the sun, and water is used sparingly.
