beautiful, clean, organized house, the view from the bedrooms and the living room is wonderful. Thiemi is very helpful and quick to respond. The pool is well heated. We hired Mrs. Lourdes to cook, she and her daughter (Carol) are top notch! We loved the stay!

Simply Perfect! The stay exceeded my expectations. The house is excellent: very clean, well-equipped and with a super cozy atmosphere. The heated pool was a great differential — perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The condominium is very quiet, safe and surrounded by a lot of greenery, which brought even more peace and contact with nature. A real getaway! I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed.

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well located. We only stayed one weekend and we couldn't enjoy the leisure area, which is very good. Renato is a very helpful person and gave us all the necessary attention. Riviera is a very safe place for that moment of relaxation.

Strengths: The condominium is simply wonderful! The pools are amazing and heated, the gym is great and the rooftop is perfect with a beautiful view. The facial register greatly facilitates the direct exit to the beach. Great parking spaces for headache-free parking to get in and out, and everyone in the condominium is very helpful! I bought ice at the market and they interfered with me to say that they saw it on camera, and that it was free on the top floor. The ap has everything from the kitchen, from sandwich maker to blender. There's also a cooler that helped a lot during beach trips! Communication was always quick with Luiza! Voltaria for sure! "negative" points: I wouldn't say there is something negative, but small improvements. I missed a hairdryer and emergency cleaners like an alcohol or Veja.

Simply enchanted with the experience! The apartment is exactly as advertised – or rather, live is even more beautiful and welcoming. The location is privileged, facing the sea, perfect for those looking for tranquility and easy access to everything. The attention to detail made all the difference: ice in the freezer, soaps, coffee, sugar, two coolers, among so many other treats that demonstrate the care of hosts. The city of Apê is complete, with appliances and utensils of high quality. For me, a special highlight goes to the mattresses, which have ensured truly restful nights of sleep. I would recommend it without a doubt – it was a flawless stay!

The house is great, exactly the same as the photos and as described. The high point is the gourmet area and the proximity to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet, with a calm sea. We went in a group of 9 people, being 4 elderly and one baby, and we spent great days on site. Amanda responded promptly at all times we need, she was cordial, worried and flexible about checkout. I recommend it.

It was a great stay! The house is very good, very well equipped. The appointment of Lucimar to help with the cleaning and cooking was a blessing! The condominium is very good, very safe, structure of toys and courts for children, restaurant inside the condominium for lunch, grocery for emergency items within the condominium. 4 tennis courts in great condition! The structure of the condominium on the edge of the tb beach is quite complete. Negative points: The condo beach structure only works on weekends, holidays and high season. The distance from the house to the beach to go on foot, but if you have the elderly or small children, you will have to use a car.
