The apartment is extremely clean, functional and cozy, quite faithful to the listing. Super well located, the market on the ground floor provided all our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and general commerce. Host Karla and her husband have always been very kind, attentive and helpful, helping us with all questions and giving us tips from local services. Extremely clean and smelling bed linens, great view from the balcony. My family loved the apartment, we felt at home with Karla's hospitality and the charm of the property. I definitely recommend the apartment to everyone who wants to rest and enjoy the city...

The apartment is impeccable and in a very quiet neighborhood and is very well equipped. Towels, linens, everything extremely clean and fragrant. The experience was very good for five people, as the apartment also has a suite. Excellent shower!

We spent an unforgettable Carnival in Poços, and much of it is due to the comfort and perfect location of this apartment. Impeccable apartment, beautiful, exactly like the photos, extremely clean and organized, great location, we felt at home. Taysa was always very attentive and polite, answered all our questions and even gave us some tips on where to go and surprised us with a delicious freshly ground coffee, wonderful. We are from Poços, but as the family grew, we couldn't all stay in my father's apartment and this led us to discover Ana Rosa's apartment, the location is great! Very close to good restaurants, squares, very close to a San Michel supermarket, very good and with bread that is always warm. Quiet, the building is safe and the apartment has a beautiful view of part of the water of the monkeys. The only tip is that for large cars, the garage is a little complicated, the entrance is narrow, my husband has a Volvo and it was tight at the entrance, but inside the garage it's fine! we will definitely be back!!!

I was amazed by the apartment and its facilities, there were many options inside the building and outside as well, the location was great for me, as I went to the Cacondance Festival. Flexible hours, as I arrived late at the apartment. Easy access, I even received a coffee package, it had sugar, salt and all the necessary structure. I needed a few more hours and was attended to quickly. I loved Fátima, always available, very friendly. The apartment is brand new and well-planned. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, gourmet area, sauna, pool table, had so much to offer. I can only thank you.

The studio is very pleasant, with quality bedding and towels, large and comfortable bed, cold air and good shower. Kitchen was also complete. The only bad part was sleeping with the noise they were making in the building next door (it was Saturday and rolled late).
