Domek zlokalizowany jest w środkowej części cypla na jeziorze solińskim około 150 m do plaży. W 2021r został wyremontowany i w pełni został przystosowany pod wypoczynek dla kilku osób. Bezpłatnie do dyspozycji gości jest: -jacuzzi 7 osobowe, wydzielone miejsce na ognisko z rusztem do smażenia, grill węglowy, hamak, Kajak 2 osobowy.
