Exceptional nearby beach with the possibility of fishing for bass directly from the property at high tide. Available by phone all day, lives nearby. Chiasson-Office Beach, Miscou Lighthouse, and the Marine Aquarium Centre in the Acadian Peninsula are very attractive with their numerous beaches, restaurants, and places to relax :). Nice studio-style apartment completely renovated located in a basement, with private entrance and parking. The entrance to access it is located on the opposite side of the part used by the owners. The bedroom contains a king bed and a small living room. Features a full kitchen and office area. Located 2 minutes from downtown and all services. It should be noted that the accommodation is located inside my house (separated by a locked door) and that we live upstairs.

The village of Ste-Marie St-Raphaël has everything to please lovers of the outdoors, beaches, cycling, fishing (cockles, bars) and culture. All you have to do is bring your bikes to enjoy the Acadian Peninsula Cycling Route, which includes more than 600 km of trails, as well as your kayaks, paddleboards and golf clubs (Pokemouche).
