Catherine was such a helpful and kind host. We booked at short notice then asked to add 2 more guests and she immediately put two extra beds in the property for us. very nice cozy accommodation in a medieval house that has kept its character. Very exotic Perfect for a family reunion. The cold didn't allow us to enjoy the garden, too bad! the relationship with Carole was effective and simple.

We booked this beautiful house for the 2nd time. Top communication and warm welcome. This house with incredible charm is perfectly located in Vivonne. Nearby are shops, restaurant etc. The city center is very nice and typical. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house full of charm. Ideally located near the Futuroscope, it allowed us to fully enjoy the parks while finding the calm and tranquility of the village upon our return. The house, spacious and very well equipped, is perfect for a stay with several people: there were 8 of us and everyone found their place without difficulty. The rooms are large, comfortable, and the general atmosphere is warm. Parking is easy, with a garage available if needed. A real favorite!

We had a great time at Samuel's place. Everything is as advertised. The house is recently renovated, very clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. It is close to the train station (less than 10 minutes' walk) and the city center. Possibility of free parking nearby (less than 5 minutes' walk) We recommend Samuel's place.

Cracking house within walking distance off everything in town - the house was spotless and had everything one needed. Anne-Lise allowed us to arrive early and was warmly welcomed. In this month of May, the garden of the rental is just beautiful. It was "our living room" from morning to night! Moreover, while being in the center of the village, the place was absolutely quiet, perfect for resting and relaxing. In short, we can only recommend it!

Great property for large party of friends. All rooms having their own toilets/showers was really good for a large group. Very close to walk to main parts of Poitiers and short distance from airport. Guillaume was very responsive and helpful. All round great property for visiting Poitiers. The food and snacks that are available at the property was a little confusing, would have preferred just a small welcome pack to get you started with.

Pretty house on two floors (steep staircase for people with reduced mobility attention), typical of Loches and a stone's throw from its dungeon and a 5-10min walk from the city center. Very pleasant high garden when the weather is nice, with views of the city and the sunset, ideal for a good quiet barbecue and without disturbing the neighborhood. Lovely host and responsive to our questions / needs. Only small black dot: the outdoor kitchen was not very clean, presumably little used in recent months. But nothing to taint the stay!

Beautiful family stay at the old gendarmerie. Matthew and Martin are very responsive and pleasant hosts. We found the place even better than the photo! Each couple had their own room and bathroom, the common areas are large, comfortable and perfectly equipped. We didn't miss a thing. Favorite for the veranda, the outside and the game room! In short, everything was perfect, I recommend this accommodation and its hosts 100%!!

A great short stay in this charming house. The family home spirit is there, with all the character of the old but the comfort of quality bedding! We only missed the sun that didn't deign to show the tip of his nose...

Ideally located accommodation in a charming village, with nice walks to do on foot in the surroundings. Futuroscope is not very far, which is a real plus. The accommodation is spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate our whole family. I highly recommend it. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

I had a very pleasant (4 nights) stay. This ancient village farmhouse was tastefully restored. All the accessories are very complete and everything is there. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Jenny in person but the exchanges we had were friendly and pleasant. An experience to repeat rb&b to recommend Thank you
