The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River, surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.

You are welcome to stay in the guest house at the back of the house. 100 m to the tram stop, the city stadium, the stadium itself is 500 m away free parking on the street and on the property. The hot water boiler has a capacity of 50L, so please keep this in mind.
