Apartment on the 2nd floor with all the amenities: Elevator from the parking lot, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (master bedroom with its own bathroom), living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry center and terrace. The condominium has a Club House (swimming pool with a children's pool and sun loungers, gym and tennis court) with restricted hours. Very central area, close to Altacia Shopping Center, supermarkets, restaurants, sports, Polifórum, León stadium, etc.

The apartment is close to the Centro Max and Altacia Shopping Centers, as well as the facilities of the Poliforum and the Fair, León Stadium and close to downtown.
