Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Polk County

This is a beautiful house with an awesome view of the Apple river. Very quiet area. It is a great setting. We have stayed in quite a few AirBNB's, and really have not had a bad host. But none as friendly and responsive as Virginia. She was always helpful and great.

Lisa & Pete's cabin was perfect! We booked this mini-vacation to get away post-school and busyness and it was the ideal spot to decompress. We enjoyed all of the amenities provided (outdoor toys, firepit) and the kayak. The kids loved fishing right off the dock for sunfish. Lisa was also very responsive with questions I had. This house is quaint, very much like stepping into your grandparents home, it is perfect for the outdoorsy type as it's settled quietly away from the hustle and bustle of city life. the ducks and chickens were friendly and well taken care of. there is a beautiful fire ring perfect for having smores or even grilling on. lots of space for kids to run around outside. The hosts made us some beautiful snacks for welcoming us to their lovely family farm home. I do want to stress this place does not have flat screen TV's and internet which was perfect because we needed to unplug and be able to spend time with one another. if your looking for a place that can give you that genuine family is important vibe this is it! the hostess was super sweet and very responsive, this place was beautiful and I will absolutely be returning!!

Scenic & unique place to stay right in Taylors Falls! Had everything we needed for a few days of hiking in the area. Stayed during a few of the hottest days of the summer, and the AC kept the entire place cool. Scott was very accommodating and friendly throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful trip to Kyle’s rental in Taylor’s Falls. The house was fantastic and exactly how we pictured it to be. The carpets and kitchen were a little dirty when we arrived, but certainly nothing huge to deal with. The front door with the keypad was a little difficult to deal with, but Kyle responded promptly when we asked for tips. Kyle always responded instantly if we had any questions or concerns, and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We loved sitting on the porch in the sun and enjoying the peace and quiet. Would definitely book again!!

Just beautiful and cozy. Felt right at home and comfortable in this gorgeous house. Was bigger than expected. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to make a meal. Beds were really comfortable. My kids loved the bunk and arcade games. Would love to come backs in the summer.

We had such a great time. The house is just so beautiful. I am very particular about smells, so the first thing I noticed was... " It smells so clean!!!!". Everything is so organized. They have little beautiful tags on the kitchen. You can quickly find anything you might need. The shampoo and soap amenities were a super nice touch. We played games (provided by the host) and we listened to records (that was an amazing experience). I fell in love with the dining room chandelier and the little details all over the place. The tub!!! Oh my God that tub is so beautiful! The built-ins !, the windows! They have several lounging areas, my favorite one was the area in the main room. They provide cozy blankets!!!! It was so much fun to have a glass of wine and cover ourselves with fluffy blankets. I was there for only a few days but it felt like a long vacation. The rooms are spacious, the closets are big. I am definitely coming back in the summer. I can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 3 families staying together and with how the place was set up, it was perfect for us. We were able to comfortably sleep all adults and toddlers. Plus with the 2 sitting rooms and deck area, we could spread out if need be. Fishing was great off the dock. Lindstrom and the surrounding towns were also fun to check out. We hope to be back! ☺️

Great location and very nice place

Is not on the water but it’s only about 150 yards down a trail. Nice dock that you can tie up your boat to if you’re bringing your own. The owner has family that lives right next door and is very helpful if anything is needed such as propane for grill, etc.

We had a great long weekend here. The cabin seemed very well set up for 6 people and very functional. Jon did a great job hosting and making sure we had everything we needed. The temps rose significantly while we were there but we were able to keep the cabin at a comfortable temperature with the upstairs air and the fan provided downstairs. The gas fireplace on the 2nd floor covered deck came in handy as it rained most nights so we were still able to enjoy a fire. The lake was great- there was some boat traffic but not too crazy and we enjoyed the fishing and boating. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property on the lake. It has that old cabin type feel but has all the necessities to be comfortable. The pontoon was great and we had a blast fishing off the dock. Would definitely come back!

The space was exactly as described. The hot tub was a HUGE benefit! Maryjo had great communication anytime we needed anything.

Wade and Lizzy were very accommodating hosts!! They had everything a family of any size could want or need! The house was very homey and my whole family felt comfortable. Wade and Lizzy were prompt and responsive with messages. I cannot wait to book my next family trip! Anyone who's stays here are in for an amazing stay!

This was a truly spectacular place to stay, with beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and a very communicative host who accommodated all my needs perfectly. An extremely comfortable cabin and excellent for families. 10/10 and will be back.

It was a beautiful and relaxing time!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The weather was a little rainy, but even on the rainy days there was plenty of family fun to be had. And we were able to take advantage of the beautiful moments when the sun did peak out and get out and enjoy the beach and the kayaks and the firepit. It was a perfect getaway!

By far the cutest and cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. We had a girls weekend here and it had everything we needed and more. The space was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful lake cabin. Had a lot of fun using the hot tub, kayaking, and sitting around the campfire. Stephanie is very responsive and checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The cabin itself was kept very clean and very cozy. Would definitely stay again!
