We spend a lot of time in Hawaii and always stay at a resort. This time we opted to try a new vacation spot and we are glad we did! This was a beautiful place. The grounds are breathtaking and the hospitality was wonderful!! We highly recommend that you try your stay here.

We loved our stay at Northshore Lookout! If you’re looking for a unique, remote place in Maui with a gorgeous view and delicious breakfasts this is the spot. So easy to get to restaurants and town for all your needs. Our room was very clean and true to pictures online. The cafe area and seating areas outside are lovely and peaceful. The pool/hot tub area are older, but a perfect temp. Thank you for offering this relaxing BNB away from the hustle. Just what we needed.

The stay is 8min away from National Volcano Park. If you are planning 2 day’s visit to Volcano park, you can consider this. There is list of restaurants , if want to order food at home. We went to Volcano house for dinner as it was just 8 min away. I would recommend this stay. John also suggested some nearby places to eat food. This is a remote place as it is near the entrance of National volcano park but it is peaceful.

A piece of paradise is the best way to describe Le Vasa. Everything about it is fantastic. Wonderful staff, comfortable, clean rooms, beautiful location, and fantastic food. A perfect place to relax and get spoiled.

We stayed at Volcano Village Estates on 3/23/2025, our stay was spectacular. We were maybe 6 minutes away from the National Park, and then 25 minutes for a major grocery store. This spot is perfect for us you want to go to the NP at night to watch the lava (if there is any). John was extremely welcoming and attentive to all of our questions and issues. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this for while staying here in volcano.

Amazing place to stay - hosts thought of everything! Lots of attention to the details. Extremely clean and inviting. The food was great and the grounds were beautiful. Resident barn cat, donkeys, koi ponds, deer, frogs, jasmine in bloom, and banana trees included. I’ll be back for sure! Thanks for making it a truly special stay.

We loved being out of the city.. the huge expanse of parkland, the old neighborhood of interesting houses and the friendly atmosphere of the hotel were so good to come back to after the day's adventure.

A beautiful little place that feels like home! Very close to everything you need including the beach! Shasha was super attentive and friendly offering us advice and checking in throughout the trip! We will be back one day soon! Mahalo!!!

Wonderful stay at Dean's home in the Luana Waikiki. Very walkable to the beach. We loved the fact that Dean provided beach gear, including snorkels, which we made great use of. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean unit. Dean was a gracious host. Great value.

Felt at home from the beginning. Vaea picked us up from the airport, went grocery shopping together, showed us all there is to know in detail, sold us internet data, rented us a scooter so we could roam around freely. The bungalow is a little bit out of "town" so it was nice having wheels. Good dining around, we recommend Wokkai and having dinner at the Pacific resort. The beach was not exactly the best for swimming or snorkeling. We still spent a lot if time there. The neighbora cat visited us regularly, roosters were a nice wake up call. We had a blast!

Beautiful! Such a serene and gorgeous retreat. Accidentally booked a different hotel for the wrong weekend, but luckily I found this inn the day of our stay. Everything was clean, exactly as described and pictured, and comfortable. The shades over the deck doors were a nice touch since the light outside was pretty bright as other reviewers described. Overall I’m super glad we stayed here and I’m sad we couldn’t stay another night.

The location was good, and it was easy to eat and shop The view is also amazing and on a Friday night I also saw the Hilton fireworks The kitchen is also clean and easy to use To put it bluntly, there's a lanai partition with the next door. It's designed to be pretty easy to see. You can see each other on the lanai

The location of the property was good and was in walkable distance to the beach. The room was clean and had all the supplies but we felt it was a bit smaller for 4 people. Tao was responsive to our requests and was flexible in checkout timings.

Love this Inn. So quaint and clean. Unique location with very cute shops in walking distance. Easy parking and responsive host. Highly recommend.
