The suites are located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a building from the 1930s. respecting the main features of the original construction.

With two balconies and a good exposition, the flat is very pleasant, with a lot of light. It's also equipped, complete with TV set, washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen (oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher) There are plenty of free or non-expensive parking space in nearby streets though we can also grant access to the underground parking. The rental is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and an exterior balcony. The hosts (Alice and Luís) live on the ground floor of the same house. The two floors are completely independent.
