It's good to take a walk in front of the accommodation early in the morning with your dog, and it's close to the sea and lake, so you can get anywhere quickly. The inside and outside of the accommodation have completely different atmospheres, so when you enter, there is a comfortable charm that makes you not want to go out. There is a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a 24-hour unmanned cafe on the first floor, so laundry during the summer vacation is OK!! Ah & Tia is always OK when it's urgent~😊 There is a large E-Mart 10 minutes away by car, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart is 1 minute away by car, and there is a 24-hour convenience store right next to the accommodation, which is a tremendous advantage to shop to your liking~^^ Chodang Sundubu Village and Food Village/Anmok Coffee Street/Gangmun Beach/Gyeongpo Beach can all be reached within 5-8 minutes by car~! Please refrain from using the Jacuzzi in the middle of the night. @Uphill The House is located 5-7 minutes by car from Gangneung Station, and is a private accommodation with a newly renovated 4th floor space. Within 5 minutes on foot, there are marts, pharmacies, cafes, etc. It will be a space where you can rest quietly while feeling the sea breeze of Namhangjin Beach and the pine breeze of Woltaisan Mountain. * Free parking is available on the fence line in front of the building, and you must use the stairs in the building. *Guest access and precautions In the prepared kitchen space, only simple cooking is possible, and meat and fish dishes (including barbecue) are not allowed. Seasoning is not provided. Separate food and general waste in a plastic bag on the sink shelf and place it in front of the entrance. At our Uphill House, all floors are tiled, so even a small amount of moisture can easily cause a slip. Please exercise extra caution for your safety.

An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

Hanok/Healing/Exclusive use of the yard/Leisure/Golmala/Netflex free

You can watch the video by searching “Hanok from the Japanese Colonial Period as a Second Home” on YouTube. The birth of Golmalga dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
