I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the fantastic location to the well-equipped apartment and the helpful host, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this Airbnb is its location. Situated right across from Bintaro Plaza, it provides easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options. The kitchen, though small, serves its purpose well. It is efficiently designed and provides everything needed for light cooking. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a microwave. This would make heating food much easier and add to the overall convenience. Also, the Teflon pan provided is quite old and full of scratches, which could be a health concern—replacing it would be a great idea for future guests. Most importantly, Dinda, the owner, was very responsive. She quickly answered any questions I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

We found Lawrence's apartment to he very clean and well designed for both of our stays there. With everything new and clean, 2 this inthe Bedroom and the Lounge Room, fats elevators, security and a concierge along with being a very short walk to the Aeon Shopping Mall with all the services you'd expect. Lawrence was fantastic to deal with when checking in and checking out. Lawrence was very fast to respond to any messages we sent and very helpful. We highly recommend Lawrence as a Host to anyone staying for a short or longer term stay.

Kozystay team is always responsive to the issues we had - within Minutes! They also provided high chairs and baby cot for our children. What a great service! The building and the Apartment-unit are luxurious, the neighbourhood (other tenants) is peaceful and quite. The staff in the apartment (e.g. security & receptionist) are friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful and neatly cared. The view from the apartment is gorgeous!!! (especially at night) and the location is unbeatable. Unfortunately we can still hear the mosque and the noise from the construction site close by, although the unit is in the high zone (over 30th floor). The Alfamart and Setiabudi One Mall are within 5 minutes walk from the building and we even have our private parking lot in the basement - which helped us a lot! There are no insects in the apartment, but a few tiny ants "visited" the kitchen island if there's any food left open. We would highly recommend the apartment and would like to stay again.

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

A very nice and cozy place to stay, wifi are good, have convinience store, and pool on the 1st floor. The kitchen provided with everyrhing, like coffee,sugar,bowl,plate,cup,microwave,mini fridge (or should i say freezer) and toilet are also good, have water heater too, very nice. But some of the spoon and fork are not cleaned properly. But over all, it is a nice and cozy place. Might come back again

This apartment is superb👌I definitely didn't get any issues during my entire stay, not to mention that the host was so friendly and easy to approach. He'll make it sure that everything is in order before your arrival, everything is going well during your entire stay (will check on you from time to time) and ensuring that you'll get the best stay. I love the hospitality of the host, as he even offered to show me around Jakarta with his family members. You can never go wrong booking this property as this is situated in a place not a lil far from the city of Jakarta. This place is even close to the airport. Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Beautiful, clean, nice smell in the unit and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. We have a bit technical issue during check in but Jacqueline and Shimon was very responsive to settle it. .

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Unfortunately, my stay didn’t meet expectations due to the location being different from what was advertised or implied. The listing suggested it was in a specific area, but upon arrival I found it was actually (west) quite far from where I expected to be. I recommend that the host clarify the exact location more accurately in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. The space itself was clean and matched the photos, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated.

Nice room in a nice new apartment building. We enjoyed our stay here for a week. Gym is well equipped and pool also clean and nice. People work in reception area are also friendly.
