Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa with our family of eight for eight days, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The villa was well equipped with everything we needed to move in and live comfortably. From kitchen essentials to cozy living spaces, it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great getaway. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

David Mena十分友善熱情..在出發前David已經給了我一些附近景點建議和超級市場 入住當日他們親自迎接我們並且會逐一介紹房間..即使我們英文不太好David都會用簡單的例子讓我們明白和溝通，真的十分親切 在旅程中當我遇到問題時我都可以從他們身上得到幫助 我真的很感謝他們 我在退房當日，下雨了 我正在苦惱沒有雨傘時..David 就撐著傘出現了..真的太捧了 房子和相片描述相符，環境十分舒適 你會感受到David Mena真的有用心佈置房子 廚房和健身房設備都很齊全 床褥枕頭也非常舒適 屋內泳池也很乾淨而且一直傳來花香 真的是超級享受 總結是..我在這裡渡過了很愉快舒適的假期很而且很高興認識到David Mena 謝謝David Mena這個星期的照顧 希望會再次入住和見面

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Thank you very much Hans and his team. Will come back here again in the near future for sure.

很现代化的一个别墅，位于芭提雅市区，周边生活便利，对面即是79秀场，别墅里面有ktv独立包房，我们在这里度过美好的一天，还有热情的房东给我们回答了很多旅游相关的问题，十分感谢！

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool(kleiner Kinderbereich),alles was man braucht um Urlaub zu machen.Gute Betreuung durch den Besitzer.

Отличное жилье, прекрасный владелец. У нас была поддержка и помощь от Ванвисы - постоянно на связи. Само жилье очень уютное. Есть парковка для нескольких байков или 1ой машины. До пляжа ехать минут 15. Рядом есть большой магазин Лотус.

隔音較差，其他都很完美 小幫手也非常可愛親切，說明跟介紹都很完整，管家跟房東回覆都超即時。 大家統一對這間住宿非常滿意， 乾淨、所有東西一目瞭然，很多小細節很貼心 大家都說下次會再回來住

房东人很好，很热情的接待我们入住。别墅很新，卫生情况很好，甚至比照片上更漂亮。泳池可以及时清理，大家玩的很开心。非常幸运可以在芭提雅住到这么好的房子！

Nagyon jól éreztük Magunkat. Kellemes környezet, gyönyörű növényzet. A medencét nagyon szerettük, gyors felfrissülést biztosított a számunkra. Nyugodt csendes környék. Bolttal közlekedve minden gyorsan elérhető.

มาพักที่นี่ 3 คืน ที่พักมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพียงพอที่จะใช้งาน ให้บรรยากาศเหมือนได้อยู่บ้าน วิวสวยนั่งดูเรือชิวๆ เจ้าของบ้านดูแลเอาใจใส่ดี มีข้อติคือสุนัขจรจัดเยอะไปหน่อยเวลาเข้าบ้านก็จะมีระแวงบ้าง แต่โดยรวมถือว่าโอเค

the place was amazing as described and Polly was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Mam even drove us around on our first day to buy food and drinks. It was 10-20 minute drive from the busy spots of Pattaya. The place was a bit old (but in a good way), very huge, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this home.

가격이 비싼만큼 위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 파타야에 있는동안 너무 편리하게 움직였어요. 숙소도 깨끗합니다. 그랩도 부르면 바로바로 옵니다.

Fantastic time at Jan's house. It was perfect for my family, very spacious and ticked all the boxes for us. Very peaceful and private, staff very helpful and amenities very good. We regularly used the gym and pool. Jan was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful with the way the house was presented. I would recommend own transport if you stay here, we had a car so it was no issue for us. Bang Sare is 10 min drive and Sattahip around 15 mins, both are great for food, drink and relaxation. Jans place is definitely recommended.👍🏻

이 숙소는 그저 goat입니다 수영장 매우가깝고 위치좋고 편의점 바로앞이고 그냥 일단 크고 화장실 2개 방 3개 침대 3개 1층 거실 엄청크게1 주방별도에 엄청큼 거기에 컨디션 최상 사진보다 실제가 더좋은 에어비앤비는처음입니다 인기가 많아지면 다음에 못갈텐데 두렵네요 다음파타야도 무조건 여기입니다 어딜가도15분 택시비매우저렴해서 위치 어썸 앞에음식점 편의시설등 로컬가격이라 만족감 미쳣어요

This house is comfortable and conveniently located not far from the golf course we played at. The host communicated with us very well, and the house was well-equipped with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
