We love the place. Extremely cozy, clean and very fragrant apartment. Soft towels, clean and fragrant bed linen. Everything was impeccable and well decorated. The wonderful view, super ventilated. Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with the family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of photos there and they turned out beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

Excellent 2-bedroom flat, in a quiet area, and near the beach. Water pressure is good. A/C sets in both bedrooms manage to keep the living-room area cool, esp. in summer. Tomás is always ready to help.

A beautiful, fragrant, clean, airy, super well located flat. Brunna is super attentive. Everything is perfect. We have investments in Intermares and we will return more often to monitor the progress of the works. And, of course, we will stay with Rosarita again.

The environment is spectacular and the flat staff are super attentive and polite. Everything that was advertised was delivered. The location is excellent, it has everything we need nearby (market, pharmacy, bakery, etc...), it's just not close to the mall. Personal opinion: There are two toppings, one next to the other. The neighbor had a full view through the glass, including inside the apartment. I don't know if they're residents or guests, but they were very curious and they were always spying. If allowed, it would be interesting to put an insulfilm to give guests more privacy. I was able to use an electric barbecue on site… the stay was great. Apart from this privacy setback, I highly recommend the place. I will return if possible.

We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. If God allows, we will stay here more often.

One of the best places we've ever hosted. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos. Large rooms with air conditioning, comfortable beds, furniture and utensils of excellent quality. Very quiet and safe place. And the best part of the house, Jouse, which in addition to organizing and leaving td clean every day, still made us a much better breakfast than a hotel. We also made a fantastic fishy. Jouse helped transform our experience and hosting into one of the best we've ever had.

The spectacular eh house, super well maintained and pleasant. We are in 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 bedrooms are sufficient in comfort. Great integrated living room with kitchen , living and outdoor pool. A Taninha and Ana are a ball show. Feriadão was very tasty and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Antonio was extremely polite and considerate before we even closed the hosting. Responding clearly and being very flexible with check in and checkout. Second time staying at Elza's AP. I love the space , comfortable and pleasant apartment to stay in. Completo I feel at home . Pool is wonderful . And Elza is so friendly and proactive .

The condominium is quiet and safe, great for those traveling with children. The leisure area is perfect, with a breathtaking view. As for Claudiene's space, everything is very clean, organized and cozy. There were 6 of us and it accommodated us perfectly (it could even accommodate more people comfortably). Hostess note 1,000. We loved the stay and plan to come back for sure.
