This place is absolutely wonderful and magical. Tucked away in gorgeous garden environment. The 'cabin' was quaint and comfortable during the downtime we needed between all of the amazing things to do in and around Furnas. We loved our breakfast and the hot tub/Turkish spa was a treat. Highly recommend.

A fantastic lodging option away from the hustle and bustle of Punta Delgada. Nicely decorated. Lots of space to spread out. Great patio for relaxing and breakfast. A delicious breakfast brought over in a basket with fresh baked rolls, cheese, jam and fruit each morning. Such a nice touch and Ligia, the housekeeper, so sweet! Highly recommended, especially if you enjoy some quiet and solitude after your busy day.

Definitely recommend! All important information has already been communicated in advance by Leonardo. I was able to park my rental car in the street without any problems (for free). The welcome was personal and very warm. Leonardo gave me a lot of useful information - there are also QR codes in the rooms, in which restaurant suggestions, leisure activities, hiking trails, etc. The room was simple and nicely decorated. Perfect for one person. The rooms and the shared bathroom were very clean. The daily breakfast was a dream and always very lovingly directed. Leonardo and Nivalda were always available for questions and are just great hosts all around. I felt welcome and very comfortable at any time. Thank you for this great experience and such wonderful people.

Good place to stay, the house seemed wonderful, has a huge patio and is tastefully decorated. We came expectantly for the dogs we read in previous references but we didn't find any. The room for two was very comfortable, we had an issue with the toilet but they fixed it very quickly. As the only glue could the strong musty smell in the lower part of the room, still 100% recommended.

We stayed with Mareike for 1 week. Mareike is a very friendly, totally pleasant and communicative hostess. The house is perfectly organized and has a super nice ambiance. It is also absolutely clean, including the shared bathroom, 2 rooms share a bathroom, is always cleaned, but there is also a room with its own bathroom. The kitchen is huge, more than enough space for everyone. The house allows you to have your peace, as there are so many corners and niches where you can retreat. But you can also meet with other guests if you want. There are 2 terraces, an area with sports equipment and if you want, you can watch a movie with the projector in the evening. Mareike really thought of everything. I can only really recommend this beautiful place to anyone who values style, cleanliness and harmony. The location is also perfect because it is in the middle of the island, everything is quickly accessible. Dear Mareike, thank you🙏

Perfect airBnB for visiting Ribeira Grande! Ana & Fernando and their family are amazing hosts. The property has a great balance of privacy, and convenient amenities (like the pool and breakfasts in the chapel). The architecture and landscaping of the property are beautiful. 5/5 experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Cozy stay, with a beautiful garden, a place with all the amenities and amenities and a local breakfast of 10. We would return without hesitation, apart from that Fátima and her collaborators are lovely.

Awesome place with so much character. Even though the weather was not on our side, the location and the apartment were awesome. We enjoyed the island and had some cozy evenings in front of the fireplace.

A somewhat remote, but really fantastically beautiful apartment with great views and a friendly host couple. Breakfast is delicious and is served in a very pretty room in the main house, on request there is an egg from the farm's own chickens every morning. We also made good friends with the little dog of the hosts. We really had a great time with Pierre and Catherine, thank you!

I stayed for 9 nights in Casa Carmen and felt very well taken care of by Carmen and Rolf. The house is easy to reach from the airport by rental car and has a good starting point to explore the island from there. The hosts were very flexible with arrival and departure times. The room and bathroom are simply furnished and very clean. Every morning, Carmen conjures up an excellent breakfast on the table, where nothing is missing and she responds to personal preferences. I would definitely recommend the place.

I had a great stay at Vanessa's Guesthouse – it was everything I could have hoped for and more. Vanessa is a proactive yet discreet host who pays great attention to details and make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options – including great choices for vegans. Being able to use the kitchen was a big plus and made the stay even more convenient. The apartment is ideally located: right in the center, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything is easily within walking distance. I felt very safe and at home throughout my stay and would absolutely book again. thank you for everything!

We had a great time at Maria's who is very present and does everything possible to make us feel at home. The house, shared with other guests, is very nice and clean. It has a beautiful garden with sea views. The breakfasts prepared by Maria and Tina are very hearty and very warm.

We had such a nice stay with Connie. Arrived very early in the morning and we're able to drop off our bags early. Bus to the town of Ponta Delgada was right outside the door but could walk if had to. Connie was so friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend.

Fátima is charming and we really appreciate her welcoming us into her magnificent house. All in the room was ideal and the breakfast was delicious. He offered us ideas about the places to visit every day and it was perfect. It's a shame that we only had a two-day stay.

amazing experience, it was our best place to stay on our trip. The room service is impeccable, the lunch is very good and diverse too, then the welcome in the morning is pleasant during lunches. I highly recommend, the view from room 301 is directly on Islet vila franca do campo with Balcony. The accommodation is at a perfect distance from activities, and good restaurants. 12/10 for general appreciation!

We had a lovely stay at Susanas House - the moment we came through the door we felt like being at home! Susana provided us with breakfast ready at the table and every morning we found a local sweet specialty to enjoy - very thoughtful! We will come back when on Sao Miguel in the future. Thank you!

This quaint B&B, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of São Miguel Island, felt like something out of a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the owner, Maria, and her dear friend Dina. Each morning, we woke up to the most delicious homemade breakfasts, lovingly prepared with fresh, all-natural ingredients. You could taste the care in every bite. The view from Maria’s property is nothing short of majestic a panorama so stunning it truly took our breath away. But even more beautiful than the scenery were the people. Maria is an incredible storyteller with a deep and inspiring faith. Her life journey moved me deeply, and I came away with so much admiration for her strength and grace. Dina is a light in this home always smiling, always cheerful, and always working hard to make your stay the very best. I will never forget them both.
