The home is the perfect balance between you could expect from a beachfront property. Protected from the wind but still has a view. Direct access to the beach, it sis set on the dune in the forest, with plenty of shade, birds and butterflies. It is perfectly positioned between Ponta do Ouro and Ponta Malongane. Easy access local bars or restaurants, but far away enough to be completely tranquil with only the sound of the ocean to wake you in the morning.

The ceiling is covered by an outer double layer structure protecting it from the rain and direct sunlight, providing this way good thermal insulation. Our small tiny house named Timo is located in a large, colorful, paradisiacal permaculture garden called Jardim Mixara. The cottage is surrounded by greenery and more greenery with splashes of flower color in between and the blue of the Indian Ocean. Casa Timo is 2 by 4 meters (toilet and shower is outside) and has everything you need in a place like Ponta do Ouro, and plenty of space to unwind.
