Cozy, spacious and fully equipped studio with garage. Quiet location, close to UFSC and the city center (via tunnel). 24-hour doorman. Queen bed, home office, full kitchen, comfortable shower (not electric), 350MB internet, view of the greenery and side sea. Standard bed linen, towels and soap/shampoo, Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Condominium with laundry (paid) and study room. Supermarket with bakery and rotisserie on the ground floor of the building. Pharmacy and gym nearby.

Casa Delícia on the Island of Magic!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are 7 minutes from the center of Floripa, less than 3 km away, with easy access to the entire island, whether by car or public transportation, with a bus stop in front. It has a beautiful view. The nearest beaches are: Campeche and Lagoa da Conceição, 17 km away. The house is at the beginning of Queimada hill. WE DO NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING, only fans.

Beautiful environment, just like the photos. Very cozy, with a cool view. Victor was very attentive, from the chat to the check-out. Very good location, close to the events center of Floripa, you can walk (about 20 minutes in quiet steps). The kitchen is complete with essential utilities.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is a gem and was very clean, fragrant and everything tidy. Easy location, very central and easy access to the avenues. I highly recommend it and as soon as I return to Floripa I plan to stay in the same place! The host is also very kind and polite. Everything is a 10!

A great accommodation near bars, restaurant supermarkets, pharmacies and fuel stations, it is noteworthy that although it does not have parking, the streets around the place have plenty of vacancies outside of business hours to leave the vehicle, the kitchen leaves to be desired in the part of utensils because it does not have a mug or strainer, communication is a better point considering that it is a virtual assistant. We'll definitely be back at a new opportunity
