The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.
