Beautiful villa for 8 people, private swimming pool, tropical garden overlooking the lagoon, 24-hour secure residence. Villa 500 meters from the ocean, 3 km from the village/shops in Nianing. People at your service, total rest: Amy, maid/cook at your expense (8 to 10 euros/day). Swimming pool attendant/2 hours in the morning 6 days a week (at our expense). I am the new owner of this villa, which had a rating of 4.8 (out of 98 reviews). The highly appreciated staff (Nabou and Omar) have been retained. The LODGE is 5 minutes from the beach, in the village of WARANG, close to the tourist resort of SALY. On a 1-hectare estate in a heavenly setting, the lodge, a true haven of peace, has 5 beautiful air-conditioned suites, a large swimming pool with deckchairs, beautiful living spaces (a large living room with a 108 cm TV and a sound system, a hut facing the pool), a lookout with a view of the bush and a nightclub in the basement. It is in perfect condition and well maintained.

Yes, the photos correspond to reality! If full we have 2 other advertisements: "Havre de paix access..BIS" to rent room n°2 and "Havre de paix..TER" for the 2 rooms. Quiet in the shade of coconut trees and feet in the water. 5 restaurants and 2 grocery stores nearby. Walks on the beach, fishing trip. 10 minutes from Saly. Taxis 5 mins away.
