With its excellent central location, it's a perfect couple's retreat, benefitting from wonderful open plan living, underfloor heating, Sky TV, and a modern kitchen boasting a wine cooler and breakfast bar. The king-size bedroom and tiled bathroom are both finished to a pristine standard. To the outside of the property rests an enclosed courtyard, perfect for Summer evenings.

If you continue to walk along the bridleway outside the house for 5 mins, you will come out at the breathtaking Evening Hill overlooking Poole harbour.
