Highly recommended! The house location is very accessible and walkable from the commercial establishments. Jen’s Tiny House provides all the amenities needed for the guests to feel home away from home. Very convinient house if you want to cook home cooked meals while on holiday as Jenna provided all the things needed for cooking and dining. The living room has a very good aircon and big TV to entertain guests. The bedrooms are so comfortable and we had a good night sleep after a long day outside. Also there are toiletries and drinkable mineral water provided which are very important and useful. Jenna is a very responsive and approachable host. Thank you Jenna for giving us a fabolous experience in you tiny home :)

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We had a great experience at Arriane’s place! It’s nice, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for intimate gatherings or small events. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

The place was so spacious. The interenet was great. Alll the utensils needed were there. A very responsive host and care taker. They hot fresh towels when we arrived and the place wqs literally clean and smells so clean. Walking distance to many establishments. Thank you to the hosts and to the care taker who were very considerate during our stay.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

very nice place to stay in esp if you have pets, the house is very pet friendly, i love that they have a big garage that my dogs can be off leashed to play. the living room has an AC which is wonderful esp for my dogs. Lots of place to get food nearby. Very accesible to the events place of the dogshow we went to. Neil was very responsive and helpful to all my querries. will definitely book his place again.

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! I like that the house is near Clark where we planned to tour around.. the swimming pool inside the house was amazing.. the house was spacious enough for us and felt like home. Thank you to the host for allowing us to leave our sansrival cake inside the re while we toured the Dinosaur Island and got it back by lunch time. Appreciate it. Highly recommendable.

It was the right property for my firm’s team building this year! We appreciate the privacy and spacious garden that was perfect for our team activities. The house has the amenities and furniture that was right for the size of our team to enjoy and relax. The host, Stephen and their caretaker, Aloy did took care of our needs and requests with immediate care and attention. Island Chateaux is exactly the write words to describe the place, the theme is spot on even the fridge magnets were part of the aesthetic. The pool is nice and surprisingly deeper than I thought. The rooms are nice and clean. The perfume sprayed is a little too strong for our liking but nonetheless a nice place to stay. The host and caretaker are easy to talk to and very responsive. Overall a family-friendly 5/5

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful resort house! The entire property was spotless and very well-maintained, from the living spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was neatly organized and thoughtfully set up, which made settling in so easy and stress-free. The pool area was a highlight the crsytal clear water is actually unexpected☺️ The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels and toiletries☺️ The host was friendly, responsive, and very considerate❣️We will surely comeback❤️

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

We had such a relaxing and fun time at JM Villa! The moment we got there, it already felt like home. The place had a really calm vibe, perfect for just unwinding and hanging out with work friends. The videoke room was definitely a favorite! Super fun and had everything we needed for non-stop singing (and dancing). The pool was big and warm too. Rooms were nice and cool, so sleeping was super comfy. And the sala was spacious, perfect for Netflix marathons or a game of billiards. Overall, this villa had everything we needed for a chill and memorable stay. We’d totally recommend it and would love to come back!
