Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Beautiful barn in a valley & river

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

A "movie" apartment

It is a loft-style apartment, private and cozy for you to enjoy alone. There are no other guests. A place with a lot of personality and charm in the middle of mountains and nature. It is located inside an emblematic house in the center of Estamariu, a beautiful village in the Catalan Pyrenees 20 minutes from Andorra. If you like big-screen cinema, you can enjoy your favorite film in its private cinema room, the seventh art in the center of a privileged rural setting.

Penthouse apartment with views of Roní (Portainé)

This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cooking utensils, Nespresso and traditional coffee maker. Full bathroom. Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
