House with beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach. The house consists of a kitchen living room, a small shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the set. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

This family home is simply fabulous! The location is ideal, we had a wonderful stay with cousins and children. The bedding is very comfortable, the house very well equipped and it's very nice to be able to travel light without sheets or towels, and to find the beds made on arrival for a price that remains very reasonable. Pierre is very welcoming and flexible. We'll be back without fail! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

We had a great weekend with friends in Carole's beautiful house. The sea view is beautiful and the direct access to the beach is very convenient for children. What a joy to make dinners on the plancha or barbecue in front of the sunset!

Our stay in Quimiac went very well. It is a warm family home that has a soul. We felt very good there (a little "like at home!"). The decoration is neat, mixing natural and refined spirit. The house is very well equipped. Children enjoy finding books and games there. The garden and the terrace, quiet, are very pleasant: we observed finches, robins, squirrels... not to mention the deer and the rabbit!!! The beautiful beach of Lanseria is very easy to access via the undergrowth. THANK YOU!!!

We had a pleasant stay at Fanny's place. This is a house with charm and life (it changes from 100% airbnb rentals). Very well equipped and matches the photos. The house is located in a residential area but there is no opposite, which is appreciated. We'll be happy to go back

Very nice little duplex apartment, tastefully decorated. High-quality bedding. The rental overlooks a large garden with trees. The neighborhood is charming and very quiet, well located for walks. The owners who live on site are really very welcoming and friendly. We'll be happy to go back.
