"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Asi mismo, una parada de autobus para desplazarse a cualquier lugar. Y el servicio de taxis en la misma calle. Cerca de supermercados, tiendas, mercado municipal, restaurantes, servicio médico y farmacia, etc. Se encuentra en el centro de Salou, muy cerca de todos los principales servicios. Posibilidad de parking privado 15€/dia.
