We were absolutely charmed by this stunning house, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering incredible views—especially over the lake. Every corner is filled with character and warmth, making it feel like a true hidden gem. A huge thank-you to our wonderful host Sandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll be back without a doubt!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Nathan’s place. The playroom was great for our kids and we all enjoyed the pool. The view was also beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

Patti's home exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful design and stunning architecture. The house is beautifully crafted with soaring high ceilings, an airy and light-filled interior, and countless thoughtful touches that made our stay feel truly special. The location couldn't be better - we were perfectly positioned for amazing hiking adventures and discovered some incredible restaurants nearby. Her local knowledge was invaluable and really enhanced our entire experience. Speaking of Patti, she is an absolutely wonderful host! Communication was seamless from booking through checkout - she was incredibly responsive, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful with every question we had. This home is a true gem, and Patti is the kind of host that makes Airbnb special. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Ulster County and the surrounding region.

Our stay at the 1901 House was very peaceful and just as advertised. It is a beautiful historic home in the Kingston area. There is lots to do in Kingston, lots of restaurants and shopping. Downtown Kingston is very walkable and a lovely area with beautiful old architecture and historic locations. Kathleen was very responsive and reached out a few times to check on how things were, if we needed anything. She installed AC units when the weather quickly warmed up just before our arrival. Would stay there again!

We had the best long weekend, the house is immaculately clean and so peaceful. Enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch looking out at the water. Wish we could have stayed longer! The area is beautiful, lots to do. Would definitely go back for another stay!

Olga's beautiful modern house in Upstate New York is a real gem nestled near a wild forest. The spacious house offers plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the area. The location offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, with plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Olga was a fantastic host – incredibly responsive and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself is stunning, with modern amenities and stylish decor. Wow, what an incredible home! When they talk about a “rare find” this is what they mean. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The home itself is artfully crafted, and offers so much more than what initially meets the eye in photos. Every attention to detail made this stay magical. You can tell this home is loved, cared for and that guests are warmly welcomed to share its beauty. If you’re looking for a place that has exceptional vibes and puts you at peace, this is it. Liz offered wonderful local suggestions and clear concise instructions to make the whole experience a breeze. I would come back to stay here every time.

What a beautiful place! It’s exactly as described in the listing, but even more peaceful and private than expected. We sat on the front patio in the morning and evenings. We regularly saw deer and humming birds, and listened to an owl one night. Kristin is a polite host who communicates exceptionally well. 5 stars all around! 👏🏻

Such a great spot. Perfect size for a couple. Everything is really nicely laid out and we were especially thankful for how well stocked the kitchen came. Really beautiful view out the huge front windows. Also, super comfortable bed :)

Our stay at Stone Creek Cottage was great from start to finish. The space was incredibly clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Would definitely come back to to stay here!

Beautifully designed home with really high end furniture. Aesthetically pleasing. It is right next to a main road, so there is a lot of noise from the cars. But once we got used to it, it was ok. Loved the house though.

Elise's place is really great! We were very comfortable right away. There is a large kitchen, and full dining room where we did some entertaining. And the living room is super cozy for hanging out, reading and watching movies. There happens to be a record player and a huge selection of old LP's to play which gave the place an extra vintage feeling and helped us feel even further away from the bustle and stress of city life. I highly recommend a stay at Elise's home in the Rhinecliff area.

Our family had a lovely time at the Creekside Retreat. We arrived to a clean house with clear instructions for entering. Parking was convenient to the front door. We settled in and played scrabble which was provided by the host in the game cabinet. The second day we enjoyed a great breakfast at a local diner and went hiking about 20 miles away at Minnewaska state park. There was also a walking trail much closer we may check out on another trip. There was a park nearby my children walked to play baseball. Our two dogs made themselves at home. The creek was flooded so we weren’t able to enjoy the deck on it or the boat - maybe next time. The hot tub also didn’t work while we were there but we didn’t realize until later in our stay so it may have been a simple solution. The host generously left towels, blankets, and toiletries but we couldn’t find wash cloths. Wood was left out for the fire. Overall, we had what we needed for a great weekend getaway.
