Equipped for self-catering, the kitchen includes all essentials such as a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, rice cooker, freezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine. Relax in the living area with a television and music player. To ensure uninterrupted electricity throughout the day, solar power is available alongside the grid supply, with a generator as a backup for cloudy days (fuel costs are covered by guests). Free parking is available on the premises. The house features 3 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first two bedrooms each have a king bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms to keep you cool throughout the day and night. There are 2 bathrooms in the house: the first with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, and the second, an ensuite, also with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. To enhance your stay, linen, towels, and an iron are provided. For your convenience, we offer a pickup service on request for $20 from any of the sea ferry terminals to ensure your safe arrival at the property. Please let us know in advance if you would like this service. House Rules: - Check-in is at 2pm, and check-out is at 11am. - Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the property. - No parties or events - Pets are not allowed on the property.

Brand new comfy flat at Hill Station

My place is close to St. Mary's Supermarket, Country Lodge Hotel, Choithram's Hospital. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the light, easily accessible via public transportation, very little traffic to the city center and entertainment(including restaurants and beaches), tennis court next door. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

My husband enjoyed his stay and said the room is specious. The electricity is on 24hrs. He is able to cook. There is an air conditioner and a gate guard for safety.

Patrick and his team were very accommodating, and the place was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean, safe, had electricity, running water and a bed net (although we didn’t see any mosquitos inside the room). The AC worked when we needed it to (at night). Milton who is on-site was awesome! So helpful and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Mohamed place is worth the price and showed great care. Even called me several times to make sure that I was fine with the place and did his best to take care of any concerns such as providing few things in the kitchen. I am overall very happy and would recommend his place.

Alfie and team could not have been more helpful in settling me in and looking after me during my stay, Sylvester helped me with shopping and laundry. The hosts were generous in bringing me a gas stove to cook on and to top up the electricity for the aircon unit. The shower is basic and the water flow is weak, but that's life.

Had a good time at the house. Very quiet environment and has a good view of the environment. Everyone around was helpful. However, a little bit of work has to be done on the road leading to the house. I would love to visit again.
