Holiday rentals with beach access in Port-Louis

Small, very quiet corner in the heights of Bouillante. With a beautiful view of the sea and surrounded by lush vegetation with plenty of fruits and flowers. Easy to access, very clear and simple communication with the owners. We'd like to go back for a longer stay.

A home full of charm and a more than warm welcome. It was a pleasure to spend our nights at Jeannick and Roland's. The accommodation has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. You will feel welcome and can enjoy being in an active city with the beach a few minutes away while enjoying a quiet and natural setting. The perfect combo!

Denis offered us good fresh fruit, including ripe mangoes from his garden. As we arrived on a Sunday evening and almost all the restaurants were closed, he called a restaurant he hoped was open to receive us! Thank you!

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool view, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence to visit Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we experienced several consecutive days of total water outages (a recurring issue in Saint Francis, especially during heavy rains). The accommodation had a non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets, so we had to supply ourselves with drinking water, but the owner was willing to take care of it. This situation tarnished the stay, but not because of the owner, of course, but because of the local water distribution management structure. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and the punch bowl is a big plus. A real cabin! Aurore's welcome is perfect and she will give you plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and other nearby.

Great place, easy to get to and close to most things to do! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is the fact that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/pier! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

Our first time on Airbnb, we are not disappointed but on the contrary, the villa is functional and well-equipped, a real pleasure to stay there, very relaxing villa. Olivier listens to these guests, is good advice and the little extra is the meal on arrival after a long trip, very pleasant and very good. Just wow! Our stay at Villa Manate in Gosier was beyond our expectations. The villa is magnificent, a true haven of peace combining luxury, comfort and design. Everything is thought of in the smallest details: large swimming pool with bar, outdoor lounge area (ideal for an aperitif), jacuzzi on the rooftop, LED lights and light games, functional spaces all tastefully decorated. A huge thank you to Magalie, the host, who is very attentive and always available. Upon our arrival, an aperitif was waiting for us, and we even got a super complete breakfast basket: an attention that makes all the difference! This corner of paradise is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or simply as a couple. In short, it's a 10/10, we leave conquered, rested, and we recommend this villa with our eyes closed!

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in over the past ten years. Everything is perfectly maintained and all amenities one could ever need are provided. The modern furniture is comfortable and usable. And yes, the view is mesmerizing and always evolving with the flow of yachts in the beautiful harbor below.

The house is great for a great vacation in Guadeloupe🥰. 20 minutes from the airport We: Stay 15 days Frequent visitors to the department. Couple with 3 kids. 👦👦👶 Modern, very quiet and secure neighborhood, Amazing cleanliness ( I'm very maniacal), the bedding and the towels are sparkling white. Speaking of bedding, it is also very comfortable and equipped as in high-end hotels. Crib equipped with a mattress, mattress pad + mosquito net. Shower rooms with shower gel, modern and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, I agree with the comments about the utensils nevertheless it is a detail, I have succeeded my daily cakes as well as the local recipes with the utensils provided☺️. Speaking of the sofa, it has been changed and therefore it is possible to watch TV with the family comfortably installed. Pool and large landscaped garden with surprise visit of iguanas 🤩 My parents are already looking to book it 🤣 I recommend ❤

We had a great time at Christelle and David's place. The place is very faithful to the photos and comments of the users (a real haven of peace to listen and observe the birds). The welcome was very warm and they are good advice for good deals! Thanks again to them for this start to our stay in Guadeloupe.

Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jérôme's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect in a situation with the beach opposite. Perfect in equipment... there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! One day, we must leave this interlude of life and return to reality.

If you want to stay in the mold the accommodation is perfect. Go for it! Well equipped, very clean, beautiful sea view, parking, beach nearby 5 min walk. Thanks again to the hosts for a lovely stay .

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is clean and functional. The sea view balcony is a real plus for breakfast in the morning.
