The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

Hemos quedado encantados con la casa, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos preocupaba el sofá cama antes del viaje pero es muy cómodo y si duerme fenomenal. Toni y su madre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. La zona ideal para descansar y desconectar. Y la casa tiene de todo, incluso aceite y especias para cocinar. Volveremos sin duda!

Nos encantó alojarnos en el estudio de Nicole!!! todo muy bien pensado La decoración es hermosa, el espacio es perfecto siempre estuvimos a gusto. Nicole y Adrián fueron un amor indicándonos bien todo y dándonos muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares increíbles… zona súper tranquila La ubicación es perfecta está todo cerca, Nos faltaron días para seguir disfrutando de este lugar tan increíble.😍 Muchísimas Gracias Nicole y Adrian por todo!!!

Eine sehr schöne wohnung und vor allem eine tolle dachterasse mit bequemen gartenmöbeln . Elena hat mir noch einige restaurants empfohlen die mir gut gefallen haben. Viele liebe Grüße Dörte

Høj service! Selvom vi ankom over midnat, så var Eladio klar med indtjekning og der var kolde øl i køleskabet. Ligeså var udtjekning smertefrit. Lokationen er meget central både for restauranter og for Tram til Costa Blanca.

4 napot töltöttünk a szálláshelyen. Könnyen megközelíthető a belváros, minden a leírtaknak megfelelően. A házigazda rugalmas és kedves volt, mindennel megvoltunk elégedve. Ajánlott szállás! *****

Non vedo l ora di tornare. Host molto accogliente e presente. Appartamento attrezzatissimo e in posizione spettacolare per andare al mare e per spostarmi con i mezzi verso il centro. E’ stata una meravigliosa vacanza, da mamma sola con 3 figli, senza neanche dover affittare la macchina vista la comodità della posizione!

Well equipped studio apartment in a wonderful location with gorgeous sea views. Comfortable bed and a great shower with oodles of hot water and high pressure. Our host was very friendly, helpful, highly responsive and always concerned with making our stay the best possible. We haven't been this relaxed for a long time. Thanks for everything!

Goed ontvangen door Patricia na een goede communicatie over aankomsttijden etc. Patricia is erg vriendelijk, gaf ons een korte instructie/uitleg en gaf ons daarna ook snel de ruimte! Alles was compleet en brandschoon. De ruimte is als op de foto's de kwaliteit/prijsverhouding is uitstekend. Als je niet aan een fantastisch uitzicht hecht is dit een fantastische plek, dichtbij alle winkelstraten, centrale markt bus en tramverbindingen en het kasteel van Alicante. Een echte aanrader!

Tutto perfetto! Appartamento open space molto carino accogliente e pulito! La comunicazione con l’host, il poco che ne ho avuto bisogno, è sempre stata amichevole e reattiva. San Juan è un posto stupendo dove passare un ottimo periodo di relax

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

The place is in a great location, tucked away in a lovely alley. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is super convenient, but far enough from the main roads to avoid the crowds. The area felt lively but not chaotic — people passed by often enough that it felt safe and welcoming. Plus, it’s close to loads of shops, cafes, and other spots you’ll want to check out. Jimmy was an amazing host! His responses were quick and super helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had a cute little table football game that we really enjoyed, and the amenities — especially the kitchen — were so well-prepared that it felt like home. We’d definitely stay again!

Siamo Stati molto bene nell’appartamento di Franscisco, completo di tutto il necessario e in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Francisco è una persona attenta e disponibile. Buona esperienza. Da ripetere!

Nous avons été très agréablement surprises par ce petit studio tout confort, avec une jolie piscine. Idéalement situé, proche d une très belle et grande plage et de commerces de proximité. Le tram nous a permis également de nous rendre facilement à Alicante et Benidorm. Nos hôtes, très discrets etaient cependant toujours disponibles, si nous avions des questions. Je recommande cette location.

It’s the second time we have stayed here and don’t think we would book anywhere else now. Maria is lovely and very helpful. Both times the taxi hasn’t dropped us off in the correct place but Maria helped us, even at unsociable hours to find it easily It’s only a 5 -10min walk to the square with bars and restaurants and same distance from the commercial centre It was lovely and clean and very practical for our short stay

If you’re looking for light and a view, plus a balcony, this is for you. We did have a few issues, and because it was Easter weekend and a public holiday, it likely took a little longer to repair than otherwise, but Venessa did it during our stay and the outcome was perfect. Now future guests will have a shower that drains efficiently in the wonderful bathroom and a bedframe that does not creak, so with the good mattress, you are sure to have a solid night’s sleep. Close to many coffee shops, restaurants and scenic spots. The balcony and table are perfect to enjoy the view for breakfast, a glass of wine and sunsets. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Vanessa
