This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. Renovated apartment in a quiet and centrical neighborhood, located between Plaza España and the city center, a position which give you the opportunity to walk to any place of interest. At only 2 minutes of the building you will find a stop of direct bus to the airport, as well as a metro station (Urgell) . The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartment. It costs €6,25 per adult (over 16 years old) per night up to a maximum of seven nights. It must be paid upon arrival.
