Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Port Phillip

Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay at Wattle Bird for a friend's getaway. The house was spacious and comfortable—perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. Rob and Di were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Barwon Heads, with standout amenities like the BBQ, hot tubs, and a cozy fireplace. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wattle Bird and would love to return!

Rumour has it that the first ever rainbow sprouted from this house. A must see/stay for any little girls or anyone who loves rainbows and bright colours everywhere. Mykey has spared no effort and left no part un-coloured. Positioned in a great location with most things being with in a 5-10 minute drive whilst also being located in a quite street away from the hustle and bustle.

Booked this place last minute, The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we settled in well and was very responsive. Host was very considerate offering flexible check out also.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet while also being close to transport and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace and spa tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Naomi was a great host and communicator.

Best place we’ve ever stayed at. Private location but short distance drive to living essentials. My partner and I had a great time there for our getaway, had the chance to fully utilize amenities e.g. spa, pool table, etc. Most importantly, Steve is responsive and friendly and genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a good time. He made sure everything was prepared with clear instructions. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem just outside Lorne where the only drama is deciding whether to have your wine in the hot tub or by the fire. Spoiler: we did both. Peaceful, cozy, and the perfect spot to live your best relaxed life.

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's place. The house is exactly like the photos, beautiful, luminous and well equiped. It has everything you need (even an office!). Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely charming little cottage abode full of character! we absolutely adored our stay here, and the bathtub was just heavenly! so much care and attention to detail, from hand written notes to a generously equipped kitchen with treats to boot! treat yourself to this magical stay ✨

We stayed two nights at the Gate House Cottage. It was perfect! The cottage was very clean and had beautiful furnishings and decor. The architecture and stain glass windows were gorgeous. I am a fussy person and I couldn’t fault it. Quiet. Super comfy bed. All the little extra touches and yum breakfast supplies. Everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed at the Island many times and this was our first st Rhyll. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful place, The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Even gave us fererro roches and fresh fruit. Offered us late checkout too ! Really kind hosts. Would stay here again for sure and 100% would recommend this beautiful spot.

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)
