a lovely place to stay, Luis is extremely helpful. The swimming pool is a bonus as the house is only a short walk from the beach. The house is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Luis speaks English and is a first class host, will definitely book again .

The house is just as described in the photos. The area is quiet and secluded from the city. Needed vehicle, because although it is not far from the village, the road has to be done by a busy and narrow road. However, very well communicated to access the highway and visit the Algarve. Magnificent attention from Francisco responding quickly. Housing is highly recommended.

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday to A Pausa villa. Our family included 7 adults and 6 children under the age of nine. The villa was everything we’d hoped for and more! Incredibly spacious inside and beautifully decorated. We were blown away by the outdoors space. Extensive private gardens and the most wonderful swimming pool which was enjoyed by everyone..but especially the children! They also made good use of the tennis and basketball court. Each morning we collected oranges from the orchard and juiced them for breakfast. There is a beautiful, shady outdoor terrace where we ate our BBQ’s. Finally, a the final word must go to the host David. He is so friendly and was on hand whenever we had a query or question. I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful villa

We had a great stay in this beautiful little cottage - perfect for a holiday as a couple. The pool is very large and we liked the different seating options on the large property very much (sun loungers, table, chill-out by the pool). The garden is very large and still has a lot of room for further design. In addition, the contact was smooth and we were even able to drop off the suitcases at the accommodation before check-in. The only thing to note is the direct proximity to the sky diving school - small planes take off from time to time during the day, but they did not cause much disturbance. We recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Sylvie's house, which is very well equipped and comfortable. Sylvie is super friendly and responds quickly to queries. We had our dog with us and loved the fact that we could access a lovely walk straight from the property which leads to the lighthouse and coastal path from where there are spectacular views. The only downside for us was that the nearest beach does not allow dogs even out of the main season. It is a little way out of the main area of Ferragudo but this was not a problem as there were plenty of parking opportunities. Only an 8 minute drive to 2 main supermarkets so easy to stock up with supplies. We would definitely come back again next time we are in the area.

We spent 3 nights in Odiaxere in Ricardo's accommodation on our trip to Portugal, which is super equipped and very cozy. We felt very comfortable, everything was as described and we highly recommend this accommodation. It was especially courteous that we received a bottle of wine as a welcome, which made us very happy. A spectacular place to stay! They were flexible with check-in and check-out, the house was clean and with all the necessary amenities! My family and I really enjoyed the barbecue, the pool and we could even go to the beach 10 minutes away on foot. Thank you so much for everything, we would repeat!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and quiet and close to everything. Sylvain was very helpful by providing us with recommendations of restaurants. We had a medical emergency and Sylvain was quick to direct us to the local hospital. Overall a great experience!

Paula is an extremely helpful and kind host. On the day of arrival, he welcomed us and kindly explained the amenities of the house, as well as the available areas, namely the parking lot. The apartment has everything you need for a peaceful stay and, if you wish, the kitchen has the necessary utensils. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. It should be noted that, despite the proximity to the beach, the apartment is in a very quiet area. I highly recommend the experience of a few days of vacation in this apartment, not only for its convenience, but also for the hostess. Thank you!!

Marina’s apartment was exactly as described. The apartment is in a quiet residential area but within a 7 minute walk to the centre of Praia da Rocha and the pubs, restaurants and superb beaches. Across the road from the apartment is a bakery, small cafe, supermarket and a pub. The accommodation has lots of little extras and Marina left essentials upon our arrival,which was a very nice touch. We stayed for 12 days and found Praia da Rocha an excellent base to discover other areas of the Algarve. All in all, an excellent stay and excellent accommodation, well worth the money and I would definitely stay here again on future visits to the Algarve..

Everything was incredible, beautiful, and even better than advertised. The kitchen was great for making quick meals and snacks, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The host made us feel welcomed and they made check in and out a breeze. I felt welcomed like family. We wish would could of spent more time here, and would stay again in the future. The balcony view of the garden is incredible, and there is a grocery store and liquor store less than 5 minutes away, walking. 10/10

The accommodation was perfectly clean, in a very convenient and quiet location. The apartment was very spacious and we all enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely month long stay in Portimão in Claudia’s 10th floor apartment. The place is roomy, the sofa is huge and comfortable, and the two decks are spacious and well furnished. We enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets. The beds, pillows and bedding are very comfortable. The hot water and shower in the large bathroom are great. The lighting is good throughout the apartment. There is a Continente across the street and three other grocery chains nearby. While we ate mostly at home, we enjoyed going for brunch at the restaurant Sweet & Salt, a 5 minute walk away. Also, be sure to check out the towns of Alvor and Ferragudo. Claudia was quick to respond to any messages or requests and was very flexible with a late check out. Thank you Claudia! We recommend Claudia’s place and give it a 10/10.

Everything was great.

The villa is pure happiness. We were surprised to see that the floor tiles of the whole house had been changed, which gives a modern look to this villa which has all the charms of a family home. It feels like home and the different outdoor spaces are worked. The materials are noble. The owner and her husband are just adorable. Just so you know, after we left I forgot my passport in the house. The husband found it for me and gave it to me at 1am. 😊 I'm obviously sorry for waking them up , but it shows the heart and soul of these people. Villa ideal for groups of friends and great for families. Definitely recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Modern villa in perfect location with great service! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern villa in Portimao! The location is ideal – central, very close to a shopping mall and only 9 minutes by car to the beach. Nevertheless, it is quiet, and we never had problems with parking as we were able to park right in front of the house. The house itself is top modern & high quality furnishings: a large, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, cozy beds with high-quality mattresses and air conditioning in every room. We especially enjoyed the huge garden with terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor shower – perfect for relaxing! Hosts Dino & Sofia were incredibly nice, helpful, and always quick to reach. They gave us great tips for restaurants and the most beautiful beaches. Check in and out was straightforward, and they were very flexible – a real plus! Steve

The apartment was well sized, very thoughtfully decorated and had everything I needed for a 3-night stay. It's around 10 mins walk to the beach and less to the nearest supermarket however is in an apartment complex which is on an incline so prepare to walk! Rosa's communication was great and she accommodated me leaving my bags as I had arrived earlier.

The accommodation suited us perfectly. The host always responded quickly and with useful information, in addition to showing interest in our experience during the stay. I certainly recommend the accommodation and would come back again.
