This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The craftsmanship of the home is one of a kind and top quality. The host was very responsive and proactive. She was able to accommodate additional services like grocery shopping before we arrived, cooking meals, driver service and ironing services. Carline, her housekeeper, went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was plentiful. She even added flowers from the garden to the breakfast table, which was a nice touch. When we were away from the house, Carline would tidy up after us, which was really kind since we had a big group and a busy schedule. Lando, the driver, was able to accommodate our large group and was on time for pick ups and flexible for drop offs. The location was on a hill, behind a private gate, but still very accessible when we decided to use Uber. The home is private and tucked away but still only 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants in the city. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Amazing stay like always at Kevins place, from the moment I enter the home. Everything was as it’s advertised, neat, clean and well organized. Dahlia and her husband were excellent Airbnb host! I was in Kingston to work on a piano. I couldn’t have found a better place to rest and prepare my meals after a hard days work. Everything was perfect and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Hi All. I know reviews are important just want to say Michael is a great host he doesn’t just message he will call you too if necessary. The place for me was home from and comfortable with all amenities. There is a seating area at the front so you can view the sea and relax with a cup of tea whatever beverage and read a book in peace. There are extra towels and bedding available nothing is too much. I ah e Airbnb’d a few times at this property and will be doing so again everything is easy.

We are sad to leave and are currently rebooking for next year we have had an amazing time staying at this property it felt like home from home. Judith is an amazing host. The surroundings are beautiful kept clean and tidy. Jusith always informed us as to when the pool was being cleaned and the grounds being tided. We have family in Kingston and was local to all the shops. We felt very secure and safe within this gated property. I could go on but we are rebooking that’s how much we loved our stay here including the mangos from the tree Thank you Judith

Hidden Gem! Precious's Place is a hidden gem! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy with family. The house was extremely clean with adequate space , and had everything we needed. Precious was super responsive. A very quiet, peaceful place with TIGHT security. Close to Hellshire beach, walking distance to a Church and shopping centres. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I definitely got value for my money! Thanks again Precious!

Wonderful location nice rooms and great staff. Only issue I had is the option for an additional bed in the room should be free especially when you have a large family or just one payment instead of per night of 30 dollars usd.

My stay here was perfect. It’s in a great location and the views are amazing as it overlooks the ocean. The house was spacious and clean, including the pool. It has everything you can ask for. It is great for families who want to experience the old school vibe of Jamaica. The host, Ryan was also great and easy to communicate with. I will definitely return again!

Wonderfull House straight beside the amazing Blue Lagoon. enjoyd a mornig swimm there every day. the House has everything what u need and the location is perfect to discover the Portland area. We had a little problem in the house but they fixed it in no time. super Place

This stay was exactly what we needed, a peaceful, nourishing getaway to relax and reset before my husband started his new job. The space is exactly as described: serene, simple, and surrounded by nature. No TV or AC, but the natural breeze and quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and we didn’t miss them. Chevaughn was a wonderful, responsive host who was easy to talk to and we loved his spirit. His wife Yemaya prepared the most delicious meals. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and made with love. We’re so glad we chose the all-inclusive meal option because the road to the Airbnb is rough and the location is secluded, so it’s not ideal for going back and forth. The meal package made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. The private plunge pool was a perfect bonus for quiet relaxation. We left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend for anyone looking to truly disconnect and reset.

Overall great stay! Despite getting in super late, the host was very responsive for the check in process. My family and i came down for a funeral so the place was close to town and allowed us to still have a home away from home. The only thing we were hoping for was the trampoline however it was broken by a previous guest. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had the pleasure of calling Tree Top villa our home for 5 nights. This space was pristine with lots of room for my family and I. We really enjoyed the beautiful gardens that had different species of hummingbirds along with a woodpecker that was a frequent visitor. The property also has tons of mangos for our enjoyment. The team at Tree Top were amazing. Shelly has the warm spirit with a captivating smile. Having her prepare our meals daily was the best decision that I could’ve made for our time there. It was offered for a minimal fee. I would definitely recommend. The neighborhood feels really safe and as added protection we had Norman at nights for added security on the property, he stay in a separate part of the home so we still had our privacy . Norman is also a licensed tour guide with great prices. We were happy to use his services that was reasonably priced. I’ve have traveled all over the world and I prefer Airbnb and Tree Tops is now our new favorite. Book the trip…the views

We really loved our stay at Syble. She was an incredibly attentive and lovely host. Very understanding and present. We had a little leak in the bathroom and she immediately tended to it. She also shares some crops from her farm for us to enjoy and sold us some of her eggs which were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. The house is spacious and beautiful. It probably needs a few repairs (a couple of loose cupboards, small things) but i would say it is still in really nice condition. The location is fantastic overlooking Boston Bay. There’s a nice pool and a great view. The bed is extremely comfortable and really soft sheets. Overall Syble is the highlight and her kindness and responsiveness as a host made this a five star experience for us!

Beautiful view and great host. The caretakers were great and very easy to communicate with. Dennis and Shaunna were friendly, took great care of us, and although around to do what was needed for our stay it felt very private still. The pictures and description do not do the house justice. It is even better in person. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was well equipped. Will most definitely stay again if Fred will have us.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location immensely and plan to return. Bruce was one of the friendliest and most accommodating host I have ever dealt with on Airbnb. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The villa was well maintained and the grounds beautiful. The pool was a great addition. Everything made us feel like we were home. The kitchen was fully stocks with everything we needed to use for a meal prep. There were plenty of towels and blankets for chilly nights. Bruce thought of everything with this villa and we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is secluded, and a tiny bit hard to find, but if you follow the instructions given you will never get lost. The neighbors have a large dog that roams freely on the property but it didn’t bother us. Overall this was the best villa I have had the pleasure of staying with my family.

Place was amazing! Our private chef lacy was amazing! Highly recommended that you book for your upcoming trip . Will definitely be back.
